화장실 물이 정말 안빠지고 방 청소를 대충해서 그런지 욕실 머리카릭은 이틀내내 치우지않아 따로 요청했음 수영장에 떠다니는 나뭇잎이나 벌레를 잘 치우진 않음 그러나 작고 예쁜 호텔로 전반적으로 만족함

We stayed here with our 8-month-old baby, and the staff absolutely loved her! We had a room on the bottom floor, which worked great with the stroller; however, the hotel isn't accessible, meaning you need to use the stairs to get around the hotel, which was a bit annoying with the stroller but doable for us. Also, there are paving slabs to the rooms on the bottom floor, which isn't so stroller friendly. The room itself was lovely! There was a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom area—but you kind of got used to this. They provided a baby cot as well, which was great. The mini bar is well priced; you need to call to get this restocked. The housekeeping to tidy the room daily came late afternoon (4/5pm) which was a little annoying as it's when our baby napped. Staff are wonderful here. It was my birthday, and they had made a display on the bed for when we arrived, complete with a slice of chocolate cake! That was so unexpected and such a nice touch! On my actual birthday too, they did the same with the towels and leaf writing. The breakfast was ok too; there was an omelette station, which we used most days. The service for lunch is a bit slow—whether you're eating in the restaurant or on the beds. They often don't have some things, so prepare a backup option! But the lunch food is good and well made. The pool is lovely; the water isn't as crystal clear as I would have expected, but we swam in it no problem. The pool area is small, but we were never unable to get a bed.

Pool was amazing and not crowded so you could have a sunbed everyday. Bar is open all day so that’s nice to have a cocktail or beer by the pool. Staff was amazing Location is great and some nice restaurants just walking distance from there and about 10mins from the busy area by TukTuk. Room was nice too Would definitely stay there again.

Piscina muy sucia y dando excusas para niños. Poco profesionales. Un día llegamos a las 2 pm y la habitación no estaba hecha. Habíamos salido de island hopping a las 8 am y dejado la llave. La súper chica de recepción me dice que hasta las 7 pm no podía protestar. Oigan eso es servicio al cliente del bueno. Podría continuar pero tengo mejores cosas que hacer. No entiendo como expedía acepta un hotel como este. Vayan y vean la piscina. Un horror, eso sí segura. Jajaja

La chambre était propre et au calme, ce qui est loin d'être le cas pour l'ensemble des hôtels que nous avons pu faire.

La chambre est très confortable on s'y sent super bien, petit bemol pour la notre la 16 qui est près d'un local technique dont entend le bruit régulièrement. Le service par contre est a la hauteur de nos attentes, c'est un hotel propre, le personnel au petit soin,le resto et le petit déjeuner tout a fait a la hauteur.

Nice little boutique style hotel. We had room with large patio and access to pool which was nice. Room was a really good size as was the bathroom. Safe is very small. It will not fit an iPad or Laptop. Pool is small but was great after a day out and about for cooling off. There are many restaurants and a few shops in walking distance which was nice and quite a few restaurants offering vegetarian options which was nice.

Les plus : propre, personnel très gentil, bon petit déjeuner, chambre grande, grand lit, bon matelas, calme. les moins : odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, pas d accès a la mer, café du petit déjeuner imbuvable et bon café en supplément, la couverture brune sur le lit.

The hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived so pool and restaurant were not available on the first days of our stay. We were offered to use the facilities of an affiliate hotel, though. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful but some more training is required in the restaurant. Good stay overall.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room initially assigned to me the aircon wasn’t working properly. The maintenance crew arrived very quickly and assessed the issue. The management decided to change our room rather than us wait the two hours for repairs. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure our comfort. No issues with anything else

The property grounds were beautiful and well-kept, with everything conveniently located nearby. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and quick to assist—especially after a mix-up with my booking agent. A special thank you to Patricia at the front desk for handling everything with such professionalism and care.

朝早い便で到着してしまいチェックインまで時間がありましたが、早くチェックインさせていただきとても助かりました。 スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。

Staff was super friendly. Accommodations were very nice and the pool and restaurant had a beautiful setting. The only thing I would warn everyone is they only accept cash (Pesos) so bring cash for amenities and the on site restaurant. Highly recommend

I have nothing bad to say about the staff. They go all out with their service. They are friendly, helpful and caring. I like how accessible the place is if ever you need to buy some essentials. It is close to the town proper where you get more options for restaurants, bars and stores but there are plenty of restaurants near the resort as well and the resort itself has a pizzeria. They really keep the place clean and safe. Also, if ever you need a ride, there is always a tricycle waiting outside. Most especially, the view is fantastic.
