not clean!

Awful customer service, I had to wait 1 hour and half to someone to send me the check in details, poor communication, beds were disgusting and smelly, the house was dirty overall. The communal areas were a big H&S risky.

In zona comoda per il centro, ma non bellissima, l'appartamento è con due camere più il soggiorno cucina e il bagno. Nel complesso pulito..un po' vecchiotto e spartano ma comodo, ottimo per dormirci e mangiare veloce se si visita Budapest zaino in spalla. Noi (marito, moglie, 2 figlie grandi) ci siamo stati benissimo.

Hotels.com review We spent one night in the apartment. It has not been a good experience. Apart from the unclean bed sheets and bed cover (dusty and covered in old hairs), we suffered a burglary. To begin with, the doors were not that secure: you just need to enter a PIN to enter the apartment. We left the apartment for sightseeing and when we were back we found that our bags were moved around and a camera and a phone were stolen. We felt very vulnerable and unsafe. We were disappointed that the host was not there in person to help us with dealing with the incident. At least he let us stay in another apartment of his, though that one was unclean as well. Now, we are waiting for the police report! The host didn’t make any follow up of us, not our condition nor refund!
