객실과 화장실은 낡았습니다. 객실로 가는 엘리베이터는 카드 키가 필요 없어서 좀 무서웠습니다. 하지만 직원들은 매우 친절하고 좋았습니다.

숙소 정말 좋았어요! 넓고 쾌적했고, 직원분들도 친절했어요. 게다가 바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 음식점이나 다른 편의시설도 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요.

매트리스가 얇고 전기 소켓이 많이 망가졌습니다.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The hotel has a classic and vintage vibe. The room is simple and functional. The shower water adjusted a problem and the water is too hot. I wish they could fix that. The staff was courteous and helpful. I appreciate their efforts to make my stay comfortable. This hotel is suitable for anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly and convenient accommodation.

So far the best hotel that you can find with great ammenities and location but wifi isn't that great, after complain the staff will ask you sit near to the hotel door in order to access the wifi, regardless the line of mobile plan is working well so I let it pass, hotel is very near to the one and only mall wetexparade in which you can have a walk when you are too bored in the room (ahem. Poor wifi signal) many foods is also around the hotel so it is a bonus for food hunters. Overall great minus the room that is a little too dim to stay awake to work. Thank you,

The lobby of the hotel has changed, it used to be quite nice, now it is one corner of Level 1 instead of being on the ground floor. It looks quite sad. The breakfast is not great, if you book this hotel I think don't waste the extra price for the breakfast, there was nothing much, some cereal some mee goreng, bread with the option of it being toasted, some butter and jam, an egg station and some other dishes. They are a bit particular about the check in time, we were there by 1.30pm and they didn't let us check in till 2plus pm which was close to the 3pm check in time. They were not at full occupancy so I don't understand why the fuss for one hour plus early check in especially since we were giving the hotel business and booked two rooms for 4 of us. Our relatives staying at the Bei Boutique Hotel nearby told us were able to check in early easily. The same happened at the check out, anything later than 1pm we were told we had to pay rm 60 or 80 extra per hour, whereas at the nearby Bei Boutique they were more flexible and allowed for a later check out till 3pm. Check out was on a Sunday and the hotel was not at full occupancy, so again I do not understand the rigidness and fuss. The problem was that we were having prayers till 12 noon hence we needed some time to come back to the hotel to check out by 1pm. In the end we just decided to check out at 9am instead before the prayers and we extended one room for one whole day just so that we could keep our bags there and check out later. Our relatives told us that the receptionist at Bei Boutique was better and offered them a 3pm check out immediately and even explained about a good half day rate till 9pm when they explained the issue. Classic Hotel did not so we just booked an additional room for one whole night so that we could check out a few hours later. Not sure if this hotel has a half day rate, the receptionist did not explain this, there is no info on its website. Rooms are also old and run down. The hotel collects a RM $50 deposit per room even when we had pre-paid and the receptionist says that with online agent the tourism tax is not included so we had to again pay extra for that for two rooms. Some other platform the tax is included. All this should be on the website, that the hotel demands an additional rm 50 per room when you check in, tourism tax you pay at the hotel. Hotel coupons for parking only work if there is an attendant at the booth and when he is not around we had trouble exiting. You can use your touch and go card which they will validate. On the whole, some aspects were nice like the location of the hotel next to the mall but some things need some improvement.

First check in get room 8015 complain the room carpet stain mark also stinky smell change to room 8031 room OK but inside room just OK. More upset channel TV many channel cannot see just 3 channel. Not worth with I pay in this hotel better check in hotel cheaper good condition. First and last I check in this hotel. Very upset condition this hotel

To check in early by 12noon, I had to pay extra RM60. I arrived from Kuala Lumpur the same day and had time till 6pm to spend with my son. The hotel doesn't bother nor seem to have any understanding of my situation. And for late check out, an hour is RM60.

One of best hotel in small town called Muar. Spacious carpet room and clean bedsheets and pillows. All fixtures and water tabs are functioning l. Located within walking distance of eateries, mall and supermarket. Short comings: Bathroom walls may see some black spots due to silicone glue sealing, that ' s a bit unsightly. No safe to store your documents or wallet.

The room is so spacious, strategic location, affordable price.

Bed uncomfortable, has bed bugs.
