They speak little English but the place is clean and there are delicious restaurants in front. It is ner pub street. The room is spacious. It looks like an old mansion. They have forex but there are good rates outside before burger king. Nice people. Cambodia is actually expensive for tourist. Best to travel with a small group or more to save up
