전체 평가 및 리뷰 Gateway Hotel Santa Monica

친절한 직원들 덕분에 체크인하면서 부터 기분이 좋았고, 깔끔하고 코지한 객실 덕분에 편하게 보내고 왔어요. :)

Room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Convient to shopping and sining.

We love our comfortable stay, it’s a good option if you visit santa monica for the first time.

When you first check in it isn't that bad. The rooms are kinda small once you enter. Hallways are very dingy. It's suppose to be non smoking but it smells like pot and smoke even in the room. Once the tv is of you can hear everything next door and top room from neighbors. The morning of our first stay there fire alarm went off because one of there soda machine shorted and it was smoking. We were able to cancel our second night thankfully. Breakfast was also sad, cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs. pancakes were alright. It seems like people live there on the regular. So just be aware of that. We moved to the Marriott down the street a little bit more pricy but worth it.

The rooms were very clean, staff was accommodating for some issues we had our first night with guests above us. The blinds they have don't block the light well so that was not enjoyable. Overall for what we needed it was a fine hotel.

The cleanliness was exceptional! That’s very important to me!

Great location for a base to explore Northern LA. Clean, friendly staff. Included breakfast is fuel for the day, not culinary delights.

Se voce é turista nao vale ficar nesse hotel, longe do pier. Melhor fica no agito e procurar um estacionamento no app setparking. Nao vale pelo cafe, so cafe, suco, panqueca, banana.

Great facility with easy access to underground parking - ideal for downtown location with no street parking/parking lot. Sanitary seal on bathroom toilet a big plus. Staff for happy hour at next door restaurant (under separate management) were really welcoming and helpful, great food also! Hotel was further from the beach than we thought based on info provided on Expedia site.

For the price this hotel is a bargain. I don't know why there were so many bad reviews, we made sure we had a room away from the street, but that's common sense. I suppose if you get partiers in the room next door it could get noisy but what hotel isn't? The breakfast was pretty basic but then if you stayed at a high 3nd hotel that was two or three times the price, guess what? You would get no breakfast. Be happy with what you get, all of the other hotels in the areas where mostly built 70 80 years ago and have been renud but are old and creaky.

Bien ubicado, cerca del downtown de Santa Mónica, personal amable y atento . Cuarto limpio , sin alfombra, que está mejor para nosotros, caja fuerte , cuarto limpio .
