5 star hotel conveniently located close enough to the airport. Very clean, friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, easy parking. Would highly recommend!

Well-kept.

Was noisy, kids running around in the halls

Love that the bathroom has exhaust fan!!

Was a nice stay. Only suggestion would be some sort of anti-slip strips in bathtub because it’s very slick when showering

It was good except the extra sleeper sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult, so only consider this bed for a child. The foam mattress doesn't support the weight of a 200# adult. It also took a day to get the sheets for the sleeper sofa from the front desk. The sheets & pillows for the sleeper sofa are not kept in the room. Otherwise it's a nice hotel room.

Amazing. Kind staff. Soooo quiet and very clean. I asked for a late checkout and they said 2pm!!!

This is a great place to stay.

The property was very clean and in a safe place. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues that we had on our 2-night stay. There was no hot water in our room which is a big issue for me. I wish I had mentioned it day one but we were running out to an event and on a time crunch, and I didn’t think about it again until the next day when I was showering again. Hopefully this is a room issue, and not an overall issue. The other issue was related to noise. The first night was fine, but the second night it appears that there was a team staying on that floor, and it was extremely loud until about 2am. I called the front desk twice at about 11:30pm and 12am, and that still didn’t help. I think I was overall disappointed in the fact that nothing was done about the noise. My husband is a light sleeper and it was a big issue for him so he didn’t get much sleep. While the property was in a safe neighborhood and clean, I don’t know that this will be my first option again based on the two issues we had.

The rooms were awesome. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Great stay in a good area.

There were a lot of guests when we stayed so the pool area was packed and the pool is very small. There were also a lot of guests in the morning for breakfast so we had to wait about 30 minutes for the eggs and bacon to be replenished and the same guests that had already eaten lined back up for more so then we had to wait again. I’ve stayed at other Fairfield hotels that were great so maybe it was just a bad time for us but I don’t think I would stay at this location again.

Newer hotel, but loud in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was mediocre. No coffee? No hot water they said.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a comfortable place to sleep. The hotel was having their water line replaced so they shut the water off in the middle of the day without any notice so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Not too hard to put some signs up and on doors. Breakfast food doesn’t change so after a couple of days it gets a bit old.

This was a nice (new-ish) hotel, conveniently located between Denver and Golden, where we would be visiting. I chose the property for value, including the complimentary breakfast and the fact it has a gym. Unfortunately, the breakfast was often out of staple items (e.g. bananas, yogurt, granola, black tea.) Also, staff had to be reminded to restock items. The gym has 3 treadmills (no bikes), but only one or two treadmills worked - depending on the day. I would consider staying again, but would check first on status of equipment. Also, it is located in an area I would call a large “business park.” Very stark area. You need a car. Manager was very interested in our experience, and plans to address issues.
