TRAVELER BEWARE: This apartment is in a slum and had the worst smell I've ever experienced. The harmful odor was repugnant and pervasive. My wife almost puked from the smell. We left after less than a minute. To pick up the key to the apartment you need to drive 15 minutes away to an odd office and can only communicate with the owner via email or Whatsapp. So we had to drive all the way back to drop off the key. Worst of all, when I complained about the smell, instead of providing a different accommodation or refunding the money, the owner threatened to sue me for defamation! To say this was the worst customer service would be an understatement. Then when Hotels.com called the owner, he consistently refused to authorize a refund. The $60 he defrauds people out of must mean a lot to him. Trust me, avoid this apartment like the plague. It's not worth the headache. Booking this place was the worst mistake of our trip and really put a damper on our vacation. There are many better places to stay.
