Everything was perfect: compact and well-cleaned double bedroom, sufficient breakfast, and amiable reception. But most of all, cheers to kind employees: my phone screen went black on the last three days of my visit to Dublin, but the receptionist working from the check-in hour(15:00) to dinner time would calm me, informing that I would be able to take my plane without QR code or printed ticket as long as I have my passport and that airport coaches accept payment via credit card at the bus stop. She also allowed me to make international phone calls to my family at the reception desk (of course, everything was done according to the hotel’s policy). In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Dublin: the employees are willing to help out guests as much as possible within their authority.

But most of all, I would like to give my sincere appreciation to the receptionist working somewhere between the check-in time(15:00) and dinner time. On the last three days of my trip to Dublin, my phone screen blacked out, so I was desperate to retrieve my plane ticket and airport coach ticket. The receptionist was kind enough to calm me down and tell me that as long as I have already checked in for the flight, there would be no problem and that the airport coach will accept payment in credit card before boarding. She also allowed me to make international phone calls back to my family to notify my situation (of course, everything was done under the hotel’s internal policy). So I would definitely recommend this hotel to first-time Dublin visitors: employees here sincerely care about you, and they are willing to help you out within their legal boundaries as much as possible.

Chambres petites mais bien aménagées et propres. L’hôtel est bien situé. Le déjeuner-buffet est très bien et complet. Les employés sont vraiment super !

Very nice hotel within walking distance to city. Room was very clean and staff was very nice.

My first visit to the Smithfield district of Dublin. The hotel was just as few steps from the Liffey with lovely walks and views. It is also much quieter than the parts of Dublin I usually stay. You probably need a good walk to find the most interesting sights, bars etc. The hotel was quiet too. There was live music the night I stayed but to an audience of 4 or 5 guests. The staff were very helpful. My ground floor room was clean, but also very small and with not much natural light. Breakfast fine. I am not sure I would come back, but that might just be about my taste in city hotels. But I have certainly no complaints.

First of all the room was way too small for 3 people. The online pictures make it appear to be a little bigger. It was smaller than a cruise ship cabin with 2 double beds and a deck. My 16 year old son did like the bunk bed. The TV didn’t work; the picture was coming in all distorted and we could not watch the World Cup soccer game. We complained about it. Finally someone came up to look at it the 2nd night out of the 3 nights we stayed and they said it was not working and was told that we should reach out to Tobias the manager the next day after 2:30 pm. Tobias came up and was able to fix the TV for our last night. He kindly refunded our breakfast from the day before and gave us a receipt showing the refund and told us we would be on the list for a comped breakfast for our last day. We were very thankful. Well, we weren’t on the list. We informed the head Irish kitchen guy that Tobias comped breakfast and he said no problem and proceeded to inform Karishna, the manager on duty. She then told my husband that she will have to text Tobias to confirm that the breakfast was comped but we were still able to enjoy our comped breakfast in the meantime. She came across as she didn’t believe us and was not very friendly about it. We did not care for her customer service manners. In addition to this problem, the bathroom door lock was broken and the toilet seat was loose. Tobias (manager) was very friendly and accommodating. Much appreciation! Thank you!

Generelt et fint og indbydende hotel i et interessant kvarter tæt på gode barer og spisesteder. Tæt på transport og seværdigheder. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Dog et meget lille værelse til 2 personer. Ingen skabe, alene bøjlestang. Ikke muligt at åbne vinduet og mørklægningsgardinet lukkede ikke helt til. Selv om der var stille på hotellet generelt, kunne man høre naboen og trafik på gangen. Gode madrasser og høj rengøringsstandard. Fine fællesfaciliteter (bar/lounge).

Great location and staff were soo helpful and friendly. Room was a bit cost but we were out a lot exploring the city. It was easy to walk into the city centre and the tram stop was only a few minutes away.

The room was clean, the bar area was very nice, and the location was walkable to everywhere we went.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with little bar and TVs in the lobby which is a nice touch. Staff was excellent. Very helpful. The hotel is in a great spot. In a quiet area and about a 15min walk from temple bar area. I was absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Great property in a wonderful location but the amount of spam emails and "notifications" received pre arrival was excessive and frustrating, especially as two rooms were on a single booking and yet the hotel deemed it at a requirement to send each notification per room!!!

Great stay. Only drawback for me-30 minutes to the airport

Nice location. BUT room has a bright green light that keeps you up all night. Add the winter down comforter eliminates the AC and is so hot you can’t sleep. No side tables or hooks to hang anything. Not worth 200 euro a night.

Front desk and bar/restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall clean and well maintained property. Room cleaning could have been improved. Floor not swept, nor bedding changed. Clean bath towels / linens were changed for fresh ones.

部屋は狭く、２人用（シングルベット×２）の部屋でも椅子は１個　一人はベットに座ってお茶をのむしかない。窓は開けることができないため部屋の換気はできませんでした。部屋は清潔です。スタッフは非常に親切です。　徒歩３分でコインランドリー（現金のみ）があり洗濯乾燥にはこまりません。

El hotel es bueno, las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas lo cual lo hizo incómodo si llevas maletas grandes, el resto, todo bien!
