Everything was perfect: compact and well-cleaned double bedroom, sufficient breakfast, and amiable reception. But most of all, cheers to kind employees: my phone screen went black on the last three days of my visit to Dublin, but the receptionist working from the check-in hour(15:00) to dinner time would calm me, informing that I would be able to take my plane without QR code or printed ticket as long as I have my passport and that airport coaches accept payment via credit card at the bus stop. She also allowed me to make international phone calls to my family at the reception desk (of course, everything was done according to the hotel’s policy). In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Dublin: the employees are willing to help out guests as much as possible within their authority.

The receptionist was kind enough to calm me down and tell me that as long as I have already checked in for the flight, there would be no problem and that the airport coach will accept payment in credit card before boarding. She also allowed me to make international phone calls back to my family to notify my situation (of course, everything was done under the hotel’s internal policy). So I would definitely recommend this hotel to first-time Dublin visitors: employees here sincerely care about you, and they are willing to help you out within their legal boundaries as much as possible.

What a great surprise! We found this hotel by chance and weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Even though our stay was only for one night, it left a lasting impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Room was small, very little room.

The rooms are compact but otherwise clean, comfortable and quite. A fifteen minute walk from the Guinness Storehouse and a five minute walk from the Jameson Distillery (two of our interests).

They are a little out of the way, but well worth the stay. The staff were amazing! The rooms are a bit cramped, but I would 100% stay there again.

Great location as it was close to a tram station, restaurants, local attractions, and even a Tescos where we were able to get snacks. Hotel staff were great to deal with, and I was able to pre-check in which was great as we had a late flight getting into Dublin.

Don’t stay here if you are over 50. It is OK as a luxury hostel bu the rooms are tiny and dark and just for sleep.

The room was small but worked for what we needed. Not a lot of space though if you have a lot of luggage.

Enjoyed my stay here.Location was very good, main areas and room was clean. Walls are thin, and guests can be a little noisy near lifts but on the whole, the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed the Hendricks! Fantastic staff - very accommodating and helpful. The neighborhood is changing for the better but the proximity to the City Center is fantastic. Room was great - super comfortable bed, perfect temperature, clean and has everything you need even for a longer stay, I was really impressed. They’re still working on some things and I’m sure it will be even more impressive when I get over next!

Das Hotel liegt super zentral! Wir konnten viel erlaufen oder auch mit der Bus/Bahn erfahren. Das Hotel hat manchmal abends coole Aktivitäten/Aktionen. Das Hotel kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Very nice and helpful staff with everything we asked about, which goes for all the Irish people. Nice and clean hotel on the inside with a convenient distance from the Temple Bar area, even at night, but otherwise there are plenty of taxis in town. We had chosen a room without breakfast, but ate it at the hotel anyway. It cost €16:50 per person, a little too expensive but time is money and still a tasty breakfast. Could be a queue at the slow coffee machine. Boring detail with architect-designed rooms that there are no shelves to put socks, underwear etc on, makes a mess in the suitcase but maybe just a first world problem? We had problems with the power last night when the card slipped in the holder but solved it by inserting both cards (worked with one card the morning after, room 504 if Hendrick wants to look at it :) Would love to come back to the Hendrick or choose a hotel closer to the city area, but not the Temple Bar area with all it's noisy hustle and bustle.
