Everything was perfect: compact and well-cleaned double bedroom, sufficient breakfast, and amiable reception. But most of all, cheers to kind employees: my phone screen went black on the last three days of my visit to Dublin, but the receptionist working from the check-in hour(15:00) to dinner time would calm me, informing that I would be able to take my plane without QR code or printed ticket as long as I have my passport and that airport coaches accept payment via credit card at the bus stop. She also allowed me to make international phone calls to my family at the reception desk (of course, everything was done according to the hotel’s policy). In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Dublin: the employees are willing to help out guests as much as possible within their authority.

But most of all, I would like to give my sincere appreciation to the receptionist working somewhere between the check-in time(15:00) and dinner time. On the last three days of my trip to Dublin, my phone screen blacked out, so I was desperate to retrieve my plane ticket and airport coach ticket. The receptionist was kind enough to calm me down and tell me that as long as I have already checked in for the flight, there would be no problem and that the airport coach will accept payment in credit card before boarding. She also allowed me to make international phone calls back to my family to notify my situation (of course, everything was done under the hotel’s internal policy). So I would definitely recommend this hotel to first-time Dublin visitors: employees here sincerely care about you, and they are willing to help you out within their legal boundaries as much as possible.

We had a great time and booked in for an extra night. The staff were amazing. So friendly and same staff over the few days so me and my daughter got to know them a little. The music was brilliant by Tony Floyd Kenna and they were so nice to my daughter. She made some pictures for them and they put her name in a song . So it will be lovely memories for her. We loved the comfort of the room and enjoyed the breakfast. I will recommend the Hendrick and stay there again if we are going through Dublin.

Convenient location. Good price. Room was sparse with white walls and vinyl, like a Scandinavian prison cell.

My wife and I had a brilliant time at the hotel. Karishma (hope I'm spelling that right) was the kindest, most helpful person. She made sure our stay was wonderful and really took care of us. Breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean but room very small and without possibility of opening the window. The Staff mentioned us all windows are like that. Having just a fun in the room is not enough to have fresh air/change the air.

Nice location, shops, pubs, bar and restaurants around. Nearby many great things a walking distance away, such as the Guinness storehouse and the Old Jameson Distillery.

Zimmer war sauber, jedoch war das Bett zu klein. Es hatte schätzungsweise nur eine Länge von 1,80m und war nur von einer Seite her zugänglich. Leider war es auch sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider jeden Tag gleich und mir persönlich fehlte Gemüse und Vielfalt.
