Location is far. Rooms not clean. No elevators, Internet strength room location dependent.

Honestly, very disappointed. I booked Standard Doubled bed but it turned out to be 2 single beds were attched 😢 no amenities like hanger, slippers, and beddings wer untidy. No elevator. I did not recommed for those travelers from abroad who will have a ton of baggage like us.

Pro's: ▪︎great room and bed. ▪︎place is secured since they won't allow unregistered people to go upstairs. ▪︎let us borrow a heater so I can have my coffee and tea. Con's: ▪︎weak shower water pressure. ▪︎no hangers nor slippers provided.▪︎no room clean-up during stay. ▪︎had to climb the stairs up to the 3rd floor. ▪︎no 24hr reception. ▪︎no landline in the room.

Went there for an early check in to drop off some things because I have a doctors appointment. I was told there was an additional fee for an early check in to which I was not informed beforehand. The receptionist or the guy at the lobby was also very rude and impolite. I was with my mom, housekeeper, and housekeeper’s son and he told me right away, I can’t get inside because there’s four of us. When in fact, I never said we’re all going inside (fyi my housekeeper and her son is going home anyway after dropping my things). Very rude. What a waste of time, resources, and energy for some unnecessary things. I booked the place in the first place so that I would be comfortable during my doctors appointment. If I were to give a score card, it’s 0/10. Thank you

No pool. No elevator. No more micro and ref. But still, I will comeback here. Coz I love the room. Fd is very friendly and accommodating.
