Warmest & kind welcome, convinient hotel more than perfect.

리바거리 1분 위치에 있어서 2박하는 동안 수시로 호텔에 드나들기 좋음. 유네스코 등록된 건물이라 엘리베이터는 없으나 내부는 넘 깨끗하고 청록색 벽이 무척 예뻤음.

Our three night stay was really wonderful. Engaged and attentive staff. Clean and great room with well sized air condition. Third floor room had a spacious terrace with panoramic view of the sea. Great and silent relax area with a good sized pool! We loved Deniz!

Wow what a luxurious getaway spot! Room was like a 5 star hotel with a large and comfy bed, a/c, fridge and a beautiful view over pool toward sea. Pool area superb, enough complimentary parking right outside and the owner is super sweet. Nearby a grocery store, a few restaurants and within walking distance from old town - would definitely choose this stay again.

We have just returned fromr 4 nights at Demar Residence. Our stay was perfect 👌. We arrived early and were presented with iced water and invited to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The pool area is spotless, well maintained and towels provided. The room.when ready was lovely and spotless. The staff were amazing, so polite and friendly. The location was perfect 👌 30 mins walk from the old town and a good choice of beaches within 20 to 30 minutes. There is a supermarket.on the corner of the road and plenty of local restaurants offering more authentic and reasonable food than that on offer from the Old Town. In all we had a awesome time and loved our stay to the Damar. we will recommend the property.to all our friends and family and already plan to return next year ❤️

Schitterende B&B, prachtige ruime kamer met zelfs een urinoir voor de heren in de badkamer. Breakfast kun je voor 14€ pp (22-6-2026) bij bestellen. Als je dit doet zul je niet teleurgesteld worden, het is een ontbijt met van alles erop en eraan. Prima zwembad om een verfrissende duik in te nemen hoewel de douche bij het zwembad verfrissender is. Parasols en een gigantische olijfboom kunnen voor schaduw zorgen bij het zwembad. Het is fijn dat er een handdoeken service is. Toen wij er waren was er genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid bij de B&B. Het is mogelijk om binnendoor binnen 40 minuten naar het oude centrum te lopen. Een volgende keer zou ikzelf met de auto richting het centrum gaan.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. Denis, the owner, was truly the best. He was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special. We loved it so much that we actually decided to stay an extra day. Everything was perfect, and I would 100% recommend Demar Residences to anyone visiting Zadar!

Fantastic place, a gem! Very friendly owner. Walking distance to the beach and not to far from the city center. Easy to get around in the area by Bolt/Uber.

Ruhig und schön gelegen

Rooms were spotless and modern. A beautiful property.

This is a modern, super clean property in a residential area. The unit was fresh, with full kitchen amenities and large modern bathrooms that offered toiletries and fresh white towels. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and parking is immediately next to the building. Restaurants are within walking distance but we appreciated having a car to access the activities and sights we had planned to see.

Lovely large room, very comfy beds, great air conditioning. Safe in room, also a kettle and teabags provided. There were shower gel, shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. Very good rainfall shower. Nice pool area. Dennis very helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment. Would stay here again.

Bra boende och motsvarade våra förväntningar. En livsmedelsbutik låg ca 5 min ifrån boendet och ett par restauranger.

La chambre avec la piscine privative est confortable, grande, elle a plusieurs salles de bain et un grande terrasse au calme. Le parking de l'hôtel permet se garer facilement.

This place has the feel almost of a motel, though it's in a neighborhood and isn't very big. Nice and quiet, though not convenient for getting to much. The parking was free (rare in our Croatian traveling) and easy to access. Check in and out were both quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and someone cleaned even though we were only there two nights. The swimming pool looked nice enough, though we did not use it.
