The property was lovely and the owner Denis was accessible, but I think it’s important to point out that the courtyard is shared with residents of the town. I had lit candles and saw one of the neighbors looking in the window, next thing I know the owner messaged me saying that the neighbor had reported a strange light coming from the kitchen. So again, lovely property, recommended for those that privacy isn’t a priority.

We stayed two nights, and forgot an item and they contacted us immediately so we could retrieve it. It is clean and comfortable, it is in old city area. We plan to stay there on our return to Split.

Great location and cuteeee room! The host wa a very helpful with self check in instructions and with helping me find the place. I am not very good with directions. I love the patio/balcony that was attached to the room. It was quiet and clean and the AC worked perfectly for those hot nights.

L'emplacement est parfait. Par contre c'est plus un 2 étoiles qu'on 3 étoiles et clairement on te fait pas sentir le bienvenu. Nous avons eu la chambre qui donner juste au dessus d'une bouche d'air qui fait du bruit jour et nuit et l'autre fenêtre donne directement sur la propriété en face où la dame passe sa journée donc impossible d'ouvrir cette fenêtre non plus. Ça a été assez décevant.

Lugar extremamente limpo, confortável , equipado e muito bem localizado . Fomos muito bem atendidos e não foi muito difícil achar o hotel .

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf in de rooms van Lasta. Behulpzame gastheer en gastvrouw. Prima kamer, midden in centrum. Met een terrasje onder de druivenranken. Lekker authentiek. Prima!

Great City centre location which was quite noidy but thing anywhere would be in that area. Loved the outdoor spacewith sunbeds ,parasol and table and chairs.

Amazing little place with a nice terrace. It is in the middle of the city center so you can walk everywhere. The host is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Denis is an excellent host. We arrived at midnight and he was still waiting for us outside the accommodation. The location is very central with many restaurants around, but it’s very quiet at all time. The room has everything we need although it isn’t big. The bed is very comfortable and we had good sleep during our stay. We definitely would stay here again if we came back to Split.

Very nice place and friendly service. The apartment is very spacious and got everything you need. Definitely recommend!
