엘리베이터가 중간 층에 있어서 조금 당황스러웠습니다. 하지만 다른 점은 전부 좋습니다. 지하철역, 버스 정류장, 마트(Billa)가 정말 가깝습니다. 숙소가 깨끗하고 안전합니다. 주방에 미니사이즈의 소금과 후주 그리고 설탕이 준비되어있습니다. 부족하면 지하에 여유분이 항상 준비되어 있으니 이용하면 됩니다. 수선과 휴지도 지하에 항상 준비되어 있어서 잘 사용하였습니다. 차와 커파머신이 있어서 잘 이용하였습니다. 스토브 이용방법을 몰라서 이메일로 문의하였을때 답변이 정말 빨리 왔습니다. 지하에 세탁기와 건조기를 이용하려면 인증번호를 받아야 하는데, 지하라서 이메일 수신이 안 된 것은 불편했지만, 위층으로 올라와서 이메일 수신하여서 전원을 켜고 잘 작동시켰습니다. 체크인이 어렵지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족한 숙소입니다.

Lovely apartment not far from the city centre (couple of stops on the Metro) good communication via WhatsApp and the Numa app which was great. Only feedback would be some furniture is a bit tired and could do with being refreshed.

Piccolo appartamento ma completo di tutto e pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici di qualità e una lavastoviglie ottima. Macchina del caffè Nespresso e bollitore con capsule, bustine di te, zucchero, latte etc etc. Check-in e check-out semplicissimi. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana e a poche fermate dalle principali attrazioni. Zona molto tranquilla e con 2 supermercati a brevissima distanza. Esperienza fantastica!

Lage an sich sehr gut. Unterkunft vollkommen zufriedenstellend, jedoch ist das Nebengebäude eine Großbaustelle, was entsprechenden Lärm verursacht hat.

Numa Stay Vienna seemed perfect for our family trip. We had two separate bedrooms and a folding bed in the living room. There is nothing to do in the area but you can hop on the nearby underground to the buzzle and hustle of the city centre in about 15 minutes. The rooms look nice, the beds are clean and there are enough power outlets to charge everyone's phones and tablets.

優點：地點佳，鄰近多家超市，旁邊就有地鐵U4U6。小廚房用具齊備，有微波爐、烤箱、洗碗機、餐具、冰箱。缺點：雙人沙發床會發出吵雜噪音，還嚴重下陷成U型，人會往床中間滾動，支撐性也很差，睡起來非常不舒服，另一組為正常雙人床，就沒有這個問題了。

I had a wonderful stay at this elegant European-style apartment hotel. The building itself has so much charm — it feels refined and timeless from the moment you walk in. Inside, the apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully modern, offering the perfect balance of comfort and style. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, which made me feel welcomed right away. Overall, it was a peaceful and classy place to stay, and I would definitely return.

Pros: Great location - close to U-Bahn station, Spar and Billla supermarkets. Good kitchen facilities (including dishwasher) and bathroom/shower. AC unit is good. Cons: Bedroom has no AC unit, so can get very warm. Significant road traffic noise as the windows are old style and not well insulated. Lifts don't stop at every floor.

Väldigt smidigt boende med enkel och tydlig check in. Läget var bra, nära en tunnelbanestation, några restauranger och mataffärer. Det negativa var att AC saknades trots att det skulle ingå. Nu hade de bara fläktar designade som AC.

Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer.

Otel temizdi. Fakat kaldığımız sürede temizlik yapılmadı. 5 gecelik konaklamada ilk 3 gün sıcak su yoktu. 4. Gün ancak tamiratı bitirildi ve duş yapabildik. Temizlik elemanı iki defa check out yaptık mı diye kapıyı açarak kontrol etti. Bizi rahatsız etti. Odada olmasak rahatça girip karıştırabilirdi. Bunun dışında odanın sunduğu imkanlar iyi idi. Malzemeler ve ekipmanlar yeterli idi. Tam bitişiğinde inşaat olması giriş çıkışı zorlaştırdı fakat kapı şifresi sorunsuz çalıştı. Otel görevlileri internet üzerinden iyi iletişim sağladı.

We traveled in the heart of winter. The room was warm and very comfortable. No need to pack thick PJs. Metro is across the road and takes you anywhere you want and is very cheap. SPAR sunoermarket is 2 minutes walk. .
