화장실 더러워요 정말 좁고요 변기에 성인 남성이 앉을 수 있을까? 샤워부스에서 씻을 수 있을까? 의문스러울 정도에요. 주방도 좁아요. 제일 문제였던 건 전화로 체크인을 해야한다는 거였는데, 저는 로밍없이 유심을 사서 통화가 불가능한 상태였어요. 많은 여행자분들이 유심에 관해 저와 같은 상황이실거라고 생각하는데, 정말 멘붕이었어요. 길 가는 시민분께 전화 부탁했고, 우연인진 모르겠지만 대문으로 한 남성분이 문 열고 나가시길래 냉큼 잡아서 들어갔어요. 집 위치는 비엔나 중앙역이랑 가까워서 할슈타트 새벽 이동시 편했어요. 다만 시내까지는 거리가 있어서 메트로로 이동했고, 저흰 새벽 이동을 중요시 했기에 나쁘진 않았습니다. 교통권이 있어서 트램이랑 메트로 많이 탔는데, 벨베데레 궁전은 걸어가시는 걸 더 추천드려요. 난방이 잘 돼서 따뜻하구요 빨래도 잘 말라요. 다만 에어컨은 참고해주시구여 선풍기는 있어요.

Property was clean and quiet. It was on level 4 with no elevator, which is doable for most people, including my 3 kids. Thanks!

This has to be without doubt the worst apartment using fake pictures and wording on their website. I booked this with Hotels.com and the pictures online are nowhere near what they look like when you check in. I have attached the pictures at this company is showing on the website and the actual pictures which I took. There are cracks in the bathroom., paint peeling off and it’s not two bedrooms it’s one bedroom and the living room has a bed in it it was so bad. I left after one night and now in the middle of having a refund for false information. The apartment is blaming Expedia and Expedia has agreed with me and now we will take this further action to refund the money. I don’t know how they can get away with posting fake pictures, but if you read the reviews you see, there’s another two comments about the pictures not being what they are. Would I stay here again absolutely not. Probably the worst apartment in Vienna for giving misleading information. Note, the company advised me that the pizza is a show only and it’s clearly mentioned on the website and it’s not because I sent screenshots to them and it’s not even saying that. I did ask them should be proof and they cannot.

El apartamento ha sido un poco decepcionante , nos debió tocar el apartamento que no tenía ni la cocina ni el baño arreglado . El baño parecía el de una anciana y la cocina también muy viejita . El resto de la estancia estaba bien . Al no tener aire acondicionado lo hemos pasado realmente mal . Mucho calor , y al llegar el único ventilador que había no funcionaba , me puse en contacto con ellos pidiendo 2 ventiladores y al día siguiente me trajeron solo uno ( para las dos estancias era insuficiente ) . Estaba en un 2 o piso sin ascensor . La zona no me ha gustado nada , lo único que está cerca de la estación central pero me sentí insegura llegando de noche y pasear por esas calles

Short walk from the main train station, good communication about key drop off on day of arrival, beds were very comfortable, Lidl is around the corner, bathroom could be a bit cleaner, staircase up to the apartment could do with some lighting, about a 35 minute walk into the city centre but good public transport available. Overall very good and would stay there again if going back to Vienna

Furchtbare Gegend, keine Sicherheiten - Junkies etc haben Zutritt zum Haus . verwinkelt ! Wohnung selbst in Ordnung, aber den Preis nicht wert !

Apartamento bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren central. Ideal si tienes que ir al aeropuerto en tren. Allí mismo hay supermercado y tiendas. Limpio y cómodo. Es un segundo piso por escalera por lo cula si tienes problemas de movilidad deberías tenerlo en cuenta.

Wir haben zu viert die Unterkunft gebucht. Das Apartment war zwar sauber, jedoch war das gesamte Gebäude in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Auch die Ausstattung des Apartments war minimalistisch (z.B. kein Brotmesser, wenig sinnvolle Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Duschtücher etc.). Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich.

Perfect for our needs. We had one evening before heading to Prague. This stay was easy to access from the airport, we had a taxi drop us off. It was very close to the subway though and easy to access. It was very clean and comfortable and quite roomy.

Very modern apartment inside of the old building. There were repair works around the building. The apartment was in excellent condition and good equipped. Good location.

Die Sauberkeit war in allen Räumen ungenügend, von Staubablagerungen in den Schlafzimmern, Fingerabdrücken auf Wandkonsolen, einem gebrauchten Taschentuch unter einem Tisch, einer verschmierten Kochecke und befleckten Küchenutensilien, bis zu Haaren im Badezimmer war alles dabei. Das Treppenhaus zum Appartment war schmutzig. Der Anbieter hat uns zwar eine Nachreinigung angeboten, wir hätten uns aber auf Grund der Sauberkeitsmängel so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir dieses Angebot ablehnten und uns nach einer Nacht eine andere Bleibe gesucht haben. Im Nachgang hat uns der Anbieter einen Teil (ca. einen Drittel) der Kosten zurück erstattet. Obwohl wir eine "non-refundable" Buchung gemacht hatten, hätten wir eine höhere Rückerstattung erwartet. Leider hat uns dieses Erlebnis den Start unseres Urlaubs tüchtig vermiest.

An sich war die Unterkunft sehr gut, allerdings feierten Gäste unter uns sehr laut Party, was das Einschlafen auch um 2uhr noch sehr schwer fallen lies.
