전체 평가 및 리뷰 Campus1 MTL Student Residence

제가 예약했던 룸에 관한 정보가 전혀 달랐습니다. 우선 시티뷰가 보인다던 광고는 거짓이었습니다. 건물 뒤쪽에 에어콘 실외기들만 보이더군요. 기본으로 제공 되는 타올또한 쓰던것을 가져다 놓았는지 흰 타올이 갈색이더군요. 더구나 새것도 아닌 몇십번은 빨고 사용했는지 타올 상태도 처참했습니다. 그런것을 다 떠나서 원래 배정받기로 했던 방이 아니라 여분의 방을 저에게 주어서 가보았더니, 그방은 꽤 오랫동안 사용된적이 없었는지 먼지가 가득했었네요. 저에게 선탹권이 없어서 하는수없이 그냥 참고 2박을 머물렀지만 다시는 그곳을 예약하거나 절대 추천을 안할겁니다.

철제 (스티로폼?) 베드와 소파, 그리고 같은 계열의 DIY 형태로 보이는 1인용 소형 책상과 2단 서랍장 2개, 옷걸이 없는 옷장이외에는 아무것도 없음(더블룸). 내부 인테리어는 아예 없고, 학생 기숙사로서 방에는 정말로 최소한의 예산만 투입한 것 같음. 호텔비를 아까워하며 미니멀리즘을 경험함. 진짜 잠만 잘 숙소가 아니라면, 전용 게스트 하우스 또는 금액 출혈을 감수하고라도 진짜 호텔에 묵는것을 권고.

대학교 사립 기숙사이다. 19층 건물 전체가 기숙사 전용으로 잘 설계 되어 내부 시설이 모던하고 다양한 편의 시설이 되어 있다(기숙사 목적으로). 욕실이 있는 호텔과 비슷한 구조이나 더 넓고 카펫이 없다. 비교적 깨끗한 편이나 매일 수건 교체나 청소를 해주지 않는다. TV, 냉장고, 커피 포트 등이 없다. 침대가 좀 불편하다. 그러나 개인의 취향에 따라 다르지만 큰 불편함은 없었다. 1층 식당은 음식이 많지는 않지만, 역시 깨끗, 모던한 공간이다. 사는 사람(주로 학생)을 위한 공용 시설이 잘 되어 있다(체육 시설, 공용 휴식 시설 등) 다만, 방음은 약한 편이다. 호텔이 아니고 기숙사라는것을 감안하면 훌륭한 선택이라고 생각한다.

V nice stay with included breakfast and some fun game options in the lobby. Staff are always very friendly and building is secure. Highly recommend!

I like that we were very close to a lot of spots, walking distance to downtown and half an hour walk to Zipline and Ferris wheel! First time there and it was great! Super helpful that everyone was super accommodating speaking English despite horror stories of not being able to speak French! Great experience

Would rebook if and when came back to Montreal. Great location too many attractions. Breakfast good choices.

Campus1 MTL is great. We checked in late at night but the process was easy. The staff at the reception explained the t&c of our stay very well. The only downside is that the street in front of the property is being repaired which caused a lot of traffic in the area and made it difficult for us to get there. This is outside the control of Campus1 MTL though. But overall, our stay at this property is very good and convenient.

It was a nice place to stay for a week-end with a friend. We got a double twin beds room. It was a small room bur with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and so was the rest of the room. Mattresses are a bit hard but okay overall. The staff was friendly and polite. It was nice that the toilet was in a separed room from the sink so it was easier to use.

Very noisy at night. You can hear water flow in the pipe and other noise in the room. Blinds do not block sun in the morning. Average experience considering the rate is lower than other hotels.

Great location. The property was very clean. I would suggest asking for a second pillow, there was only one per bed and it was small. The breakfast was fantastic!

The venue is in a wonderful location. Everything you could want is here … convenience, comfort, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Beds were high as had drawers under bed so if short, made climbing up a challenge, twin beds were very wide, but the linens were thin with no under blanket so kept hearing plastic mattress when you moved. No electrical outlet or light by bed, weird design. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit salad and hot food.

Pretty good for a student dorm. Staff is really nice and room is clean. Close to metro. However, not enough power outlets and none next to bed for CPAP.. staff gave me a power bar though

While all other else is good, the height of the bed is not family friendly especially when you have a toddler.
