숙소는 깔끔하니 좋았어요~! 화장실이나 방이나 다 깔끔해서 이용하는동안 만족스러웠어요 메뉴는 다양하진 않지만 아침에 간단히 해결하긴 너무 좋아요! 특히 빵이 맛집이라 추천합니다 에그타르트도 준비되는데 밖에서 판매하는 왠만한 식당만큼 맛있어서 1일 2나타를 아침부터 시작했어요 직원들 역시 활기차고 친절해서 좋아서 다음에 포르투갈 올 일정이 있으면 다시 묵고 싶어요

Das Zimmer war pervekt sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist in der nähe von 2 Metrostationen.

The hotel itself was nice, but there is no iron in the rooms and no ironing room. I was on a business trip and ended up having to pay 21 euros for laundry services to get my shirts ironed. Never experienced this in any hotel I've stayed at and it was very inconvenient.

Clean room and helpful staff, wonderful experience, the AC was kind of inconsistent but besides that no other complaints.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die U-Bahn Station ist wenige Minuten entfernt um ins Zentrum zu fahren.

Good location, modern hotel, nice rooms, however breakfast didn’t meet expectations. The coffee machines were broken for 3 days while I was there and was given instant coffee. Breakfast options are not suitable for vegetarian or halal diet, bacon is in most dishes, limits options available. Rate the hotel 8/10, but the breakfast 2/10

Quarto limpo, localização boa, equipe de funcionários educados e prestativos. Excelente bar e rooftop. Não posso falar do café da manhã por optamos por não usufrir.

The stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly.

No milk and sugars or normal teabags like tetley provided. What is the point of kettle without them. That the only criticism I have. Also bed head needs replacement as it looks worn out.

飛行機トラブルで泊まれない日もあったけど値段も調整してもらえました。街中で便利なところにあって駅まで歩いて5分くらいで行けます。快適でした。部屋のドアがやや開けづらかったけど、部屋に水が置いてありました。それとスーパーがすぐ隣りで便利です朝食は良かったです。おすすめできます。

The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the 6th floor. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a large showerhead and a handheld shower. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant on the main floor served delicious breakfast and dinner. The lobby and bar were also nice. The hotel is located in a great area, close to parks, gyms, cafes, restaurants, public transportation, and downtown.

Blackout curtains were great for sleeping! Also loved the fact that there was a bathtub in the bathroom.

Great staff that were friendly and helpful. Nice room and amenities. Facility need some maintenance. Stairwell next to elevators smelled like sewer leak. AC went out in room but they let us sleep in another room for the night and they fixed it the next day. The shower door leaked water on floor. Hall carpets are stained and very worn. No facial tissue in the room.
