Great hospitality and clean room.

전반적인 모든 시설이 잘 되어있습니다. 아주 깔끔하고 제공되는 어메니티도 좋았어요. 조식의 경우 가지의 수가 많지는 않지만 알차게 구성된 것 같아요. 아침마다 생 오렌지주스와 꿀을 얹은 그릭요거트를 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다 ㅋㅋ 가격대비 훌륭해요. 다음에 또 아테네를 들른다면 이 호텔에 묵으려고요. 다만 뷰를 기대할 수 있는 호텔은 아닙니다.

신타그마역에서 걸어서 약 오분 십분 이면 갈수 있고 골목 안에 있어서 분위기 동네 분위기도 좋음. 내부도 지어진지 얼마 안된것 마냥 깔끔하고 좋음. 주변에 바랑 몇 괜찮은 밥집도 있어서 좋음. 조금만 걸어 나가면 관광지라 위치도 좋음. 전반적으로 좋았음. 아 엘리베이터 좁은건 좀 아쉽.

This property was in a perfect location. So easy to get around and close to everything in Plaka. The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. I was a solo traveler and they stored my luggage on the day of arrival so I could explore. I can’t wait to go back!

As instalações são boas; mas se tiver problema com o cofre ou ar condicionado esquece não tem equipe de manutenção Somente 1 pessoa na recepção e não eh 24 horas O café continental eh bem básico; e o problema eh que sob começa as 7:45h então se tiver algo programado para cedo não vai conseguir tomar no hotel

Localizacao do Hotel é otima, proxima a tudo, restaurantes e todas as principais atrações. Melhorias necessarias, o horario do cafe começa as 7:45h da manha o que torna bem complicado se tiver atividades começando nas primerias horas do dia. Outro ponto complicado, é que só existe uma pessoa na recepção e qualquer problema como cofre não funcionando ou ar condicionado, pode esquecer pois não há uma equipe de manutenção disponivel. Fora isto atende as necessidades, mas pode melhorar.

Room 601 had balcony and an enormous roof terrace with sun bed, table and chairs room for a small party . Awesome Views of Acropolis. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

Our rooms were clean. Stuff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Bar was good. The best part I liked about the bar you have unlimited access to beer, wine, and spirit. Great stuff.

The room itself looked ok, nice balcony, friendly check-in staff. Unfortunately the AC was clearly broken or set by management to save energy. It ruined the whole stay, couldn’t sleep in 30+ degrees. And the staff was not there in the evening to fix it. A lamp by the bed that was impossible to turn off, clearly broken, so we had to sleep with the light on. Overall, the hotel has potential but unfortunately they didn’t deliver. If I had stayed longer I would fight for a refund. After my post the hotel claimed there where nothing wrong with the AC. When I confronted them with this lie, they claim we where offered a second room, another lie. The management from this hotel simply won’t admit its flaws. Makes the whole experience even worse.

This is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Athens and the Plaka. The location couldn't be better for exploring on your own (the neighborhood is packed with shops and restaurants), yet it's still surprisingly quiet. Chicly decorated in a minimalist style, Urban Frame is staffed with friendly, helpful people. I will definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. Room was clean and the fridge had refreshments (no additional charge).

Muito boa hospedagem, porém o fato de dormir com a luz de emergência acesa, não é nada agradável. Deveriam rever essa claridade no quarto. No dia seguinte, eu acordo já cansada com a luz refletindo nos meus olhos a noite inteira.

Hotel pequeno mas muito limpo , aconchegante . Recepção super prestativa. Localização fantástica . Super recomendo !

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was in a very convenient location. Our room was spacious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was also very good. I would recommend staying here. It is difficult to find street parking but that is true for most all the Plaka area. There are a couple garage options nearby.
