We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff is super available and friendly. I loved the fact that they have a card with the address in Chinese and a QR code that gives the exact location of the hotel. It's very useful when we get lost and have to ask for help :-) To finish, they gave me a souvenir. This is delight the customer!

Le service au top. Bouteille d'eau disponible à l'accueil, avec du thé, et des masques. La chambre est minimaliste avec le nécessaire. Lit confortable. Facile d'accès pour réserver les taxis en ligne, un peu loin du métro. L'hôtel est situé entre les remparts et la petite pagode. Belle expérience.

As the name suggests it is truly a designer hotel and is Instagram worthy. The rooms are nicely decked up and is a great value for money. The staff are young and very friendly and they offer free coffee coupons. The rooms are decently sized and the hotel is new. Location is quite convenient and is 10 min taxi ride to big pagoda, shaanxi museum and south gate of xian wall.

Great location, close to the Xi'an Wall. Great room with comfy beds and a shower with an amazing water pressure 😍. This was by far our best hotel in China so far, would definitely recommend.

We can fully recommend this nice accommodation. The room was very quiet, comfortable with very good beds and clean. The shower ist hot and strong. The whole hotel is realy stylish and the stuff ist very, very friendly and helped us everytime. They served us Cappuccino for free several times and they prepared a very good breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city and in a walking distance to the metro. So we could make the trip to the terracotta warriors by Metro and bus very easy.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk teamwho assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi'an. The location of this hotel is superb. It's extremely close to the subway station, which made it very convenient for me to travel around the city. There are also numerous shopping malls nearby, providing great opportunities for shopping. What's more, it's an ideal place to taste the delicious local cuisine of Xi'an. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and well-appointed. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

西安の城壁まで徒歩20分。観光地へは近くはないが、便利。ホテルの近くに朝食屋さんあるし、足が疲れた際に高級なマッサージ屋さんもある。2時間で260元ぐらい。部屋はスタイリッシュでカッコいい。清潔でもある。

Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. Thankful that the other staff membets stepped in after they realised that I spoke their language and help.me out promptly. It was an enjoyable stay.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept it. Pillows were the best comfort as well. Huge shower too. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel moderno in posizione comoda, non lontano dalla metropolitana, dal south gate per accedere alle mura della città e dalla Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Diversi ristoranti nei dintorni. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile. Ci ha anche preparato una colazione personalizzata visto che le colazioni offerte non ci avevano soddisfatto molto. Una menzione speciale per Jing Jing e Huan Huan che hanno curato il nostro soggiorno.

Un excellent accueil … du personnel et la direction disponibles et sympathiques. Un seul point à regretter : accès difficile au Rez de chaussée pour les personnes a mobilite réduite … sinon parfait !
