Best hotel I have ever stayed! Staff members were very friendly and hotel rooms were just gorgious. Breakfast was also very delicious. I strongly recommend to stay there.

My second stay there. Very different for New Orleans as other high end hotels cater to guests coming for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest or sporting events. Maison Metier provides high end comfort, privacy and personal interaction with staff.

Nice room, outstanding service, great location. Will likely return for another visit.

The hotel is very pretty but I would not consider it 5 star. The air conditioning wasn’t working for the first 24 hours we were there and we recieved no notice and or reimbursement. It was 90degrees outside. I had asked for coffee every day at 0730 and had to call for it 2 out of the 3 days. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Beautiful decorations and nice having the wine and cheese even tho the lobby was sweltering when we went.

I can’t wait to go back. The staff was great, the area convenient and the amenities unique.

I believe it’s a relatively new hotel. The rooms were spectacular. The one we were in had 25 foot high ceilings. The finishes are beautiful top-notch. Coming back at 6 o’clock every day and having a wonderful charcuterie and wine spread was just such a nice touch. The staff at the front desk and outside by the front door were overly helpful. Really just a wonderful stay

you need a key to get into the front door of the hotel, which is frustrating after getting off of a plane and theres no one at the door to let you in. after a few minutes of trying to shake the door open, a bellman came and opened the door as he watched me bring my luggage in myself. the hotel looks better in photos, in real life its much darker. the room itself was nice with nice furnishings, but not worth the 'boutique' price

The hotel is beautifully designed, which is very important to me when I travel. Sadly, the service does not match. There is no doorman and nobody to grab your luggage upon arrival. The mini-fridge in our suite was warm, not cold. The water in one of our sinks had a tiny little stream of water. We walked into Salon Salon one evening and were treated like we walked in off the street - if you call this an amenity, hotel guests should get priority. And, in an empty Breakfast room, the service was terribly lacking. I want them to get it right because it's so beautiful, but they have a lot of work to do in the Opertions department.

Very upscale and luxurious hotel at a reasonable price and wonderful staff! You will feel pampered and relaxed

Excellent hotel!

I am originally from NOLA and just love the city, and I never get to stay at hotels as I want to be with family when I visit. I had a work conference at the Four Seasons, and I think that this hotel was better. It has character, but it still clean and just a great vibe. I don't know if I will stay anywhere else (as long as it is still in budget) if I have another work trip to NOLA.

Great room and a tub!!! Showers only are not the way to go. Great service and Salon Salon next door was a treat! Will definitely be back

Had a great stay. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Really clean with a cool vibe. It was much more than expected. It was close to dining, shopping and was walkable.
