January is not the usual time to take a break, but this was the perfect place. The studio was warm, beautifully designed, clean, well-equipped and very peaceful. We also enjoyed the birds singing in the mornings, the lovely setting in a village full of thatched cottages and a chalk stream running alongside the road. We felt very welcomed by the owners.

I have stayed with the host at Spring Cottage on many occasions for business and social. I can only say there is no better place to stay. The hosts are kind, caring, friendly, their communication is faultless. Their welcome is as warm as their hearts. The property is warm and very homely with all that you need for a relaxing and functional stay. The generous get you in pack gives you ample time to just arrive and settle in. Had a lovely stay at Spring Cottage, it made a big difference having some basic groceries supplied for the start of our stay, everything we could have wanted was here, lovely and clean and very peaceful.
