찾기는 좀어려운 위치였고 새벽에 약간의 소음이 있었지만 친절하고 깔끔한 숙소였다. 카메라충전케이블이 없었는데 한쾌히 직원이 빌려줬고 조식이 메뉴는 많지않았으나 맛있었다

We had an great stay. The location, staff, breakfast and room were perfect. The hotel and room were modern which is what we were looking for. I would highly recommend

Está muy cerca de Todo, literal atrás de la plaza san Marcos, muchos lugares para comer y tiendas. El personal del front desk muy amables y accesibles a preguntar y ayudarte. Lo recomiendo

This hotel is a gem packed into the heart of Venice. It's very close to main tourist attractions and shopping. The hotel employees were very friendly snd helpful. The room was very nice and matched the pictures online.

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is awesome. It’s in the middle of everything

Price is too high

This is a great little boutique hotel (it has 8 rooms on one floor with a dining and general lobby area). The staff are friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is great. The hotel is within walking distance of virtually anything you want to see on the Vienna island. Water transport is directly out front - water taxi, ferry, gondola. Hundreds of dining options within a very short walk and it's only 5 minutes from the Doge Palace and St Mark's Square. Highly recommended!

Koselig lite hotell med strålende service :) ligger sentralt:) Veldig god frokost:) Men sengen var litt for hard.

Great boutique hotel. Good price and wanted rooms that were modern in comparison to the traditional venetian style rooms.

Localização muito boa, próximo a vários pontos que merecem visitação. Acesso fácil a estação de trem com duração de aproximadamente 25min em vaporetto.

Tout est Parfait : l’accueil du personnel, la localisation, le design, la propreté, le calme,… 4eme séjour et je continuerai d’aller à l’hotel Maison Ducal à chaque passage à Venise

Great and convenient hotel close to San marzo plaza . Secure location and easy to walk to everything . Only downside is air conditioning does not work in full capacity given its technology. In summer , this might be inconvenient to guests at night .

Perfect for me. I wanted an updated and modern hotel, rather than the dingy, outdated decor of many Venice hotels. It’s a small boutique hotel with just one floor of rooms but it was quiet. The canal view I purchased was nothing to write home about but it was a canal view. Room was quite small but nothing out of the ordinary for a European hotel in an ancient city with limited land. The breakfast was a nice surprise and had everything I needed so I didn’t feel the need to eat elsewhere for breakfast. And the location was great- steps from the Bridge of Sighs but situated in a quiet street/alleyway that was away from the crowds. It was also extremely convenient, also a one minute walk from a major water bustop so extremely easy to get to from the airport or to get to other parts of the city, although the hotel was so central that I worked everywhere. Bathroom was clean and modern and the air conditioning worked and was strong. I would definitely stay here again. Only warning is that there is someone attending the front desk until about 10 pm, so make sure to have arrangements if you’re arriving late, otherwise not having one late at night was never an issue.

Uma grata surpresa. Fechei pela localização. Colado no clássico Danielli e na Piazza San Marco. Além da excelente localização, encontrei um hotel totalmente novo (o que é raro em Veneza), decorado com muito bom gosto e privilegiando espaços amplos e iluminados. Um staff bem treinado e cordial. Um café da manhã superior a muitos 4 estrelas na Europa. Em suma, comprei um 3 estrelas e recebi um 4 estrelas. Adorei! Indico! Volto!

I booked a last minute trip to Venice and was glad I got to stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and attentive (I don’t speak Italian) and the breakfast was really nice. It’s in a central location (if a bit touristy and loud at night). The room itself was comfortable and spacious.
