The staff are extremely nice and lovely.

This hotel is a little gem, the staff were all very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless throughout, and well looked after. And you get a complimentary breakfast too. I would definitely stay again.

The Hadley was a perfect stop over for my friend and I after a day in London and a show. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The public bar area was very welcoming and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. We would like to mention Scarlet, Miles, the bar manager Andrew and a special mention for Cassie who arranged some treatments for myself and my friend. The above mentioned staff were very helpful and welcomed us to the hotel. It makes a big difference when you are welcomed and feel comfortable with the staff. Well done Scarlet, Miles, Andrew and Cassie you were all amazing!

Like - Good Breakfast included Dislike: Very small room with barely enough space to move around. No space to store luggage. Not even a box of Kleenex was provided. No extra toilet paper in the room. I had to go and ask for more, and they only provided one additional roll. Very limited number of towels.

Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area

My partner and I had such a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the included breakfast was delicious, and the whole place had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We'd happily visit again! Our only tiny observation is that we visited during a very hot spell, and we couldn't help but feel for the staff working hard in their long-sleeved uniforms. We found ourselves getting warm just looking at them! Perhaps a summer short-sleeve option could help keep the team a little cooler while they continue providing such wonderful service. great breakfast!

We stayed in the top floor triple room. The room itself was pleasant but it was very warm even with the radiator off and the Aircon on the lowest temp (18C). The shower was also a bit temperamental with temperatures fluctuating during each shower from very hot to cold. Overall our stay was comfortable. Maria couldn't do enough to help make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you Maria! :)

This hotel was not quite my cup of tea. On entering there wasn't a fresh smell and the whole property could benefit from opening windows. The first room I was offered on the top floor was not acceptable. There were stains on the ceiling from water ingress and the carpet had dirt stains. The next room was clean and acceptable although it was only just big enough for two single beds. The room next door was the laundry room and one of the machines beeped throughout the night. Breakfast was average, and my spoon was not clean - I used a teaspoon from my coffee instead. I left on the second night, instead of staying for the final night, as my sleep was disrupted.

Great staff, food good value

The room was ready when we got there around 11:30, before the noon check in time (also a great perk since most hotels don't allow check in until 3 or later). Parking is on the road but there was plenty and the road felt very safe/quiet. The staff were very helpful and I don't realise breakfast was included in our stay which was another nice perk. Especially for the total price. You can get into central London in 30 mins on the tube so for the price of the room compared to anything closer in, it's well worth it. The bathroom is a bit tired decor wise but not horrendous or anything, our shower just didn't drain all the well and the showerhead could do with a replacement but other than that it was fine. Comfy enough bed with great pillows. Can't complain at all and will definitely use the hotel again when we need to be in London.
