Super Friendly Staff! Business Trip and the wi-fi works fast! Location is just near the walking street where you can enjoy good food. Until next time!

- No noise cancellation on room, you could end up staying up all night if you can't sleep with someone singing on a karaoke.- Hot water for shower was more like lukewarm.- TV has no internet, no netflix or something alike.- Reception tends not to read the notes, special request or specification you make during the reservation. Eg; Early check in and late check out.- no parking for guests.

accommodation and facilities are good. nice room, and friendly staffs. however the surroundings is not so quiet.

Best value for your money! Room is really nice and clean. And! Hi-tech too! Motion sensor lights in the bathroom, touch panel doorbell and no-disturb/fix my room sign blew me away. Staff is great too. One of the staff was kind enough to buy us some food outside because the resto is already closed. Tried eating at their restaurant the next morning and the food is great too! I’ll definitely be back here! Thanks Surestay!
