Good location. Near to the terminal ferry, easy to find some food, surau. Sky mart (choc), the family room is good, but no icebox as picture seen before, iron as request, no iron board. Air conditioner and hot water functiong well. Easy to find transport inc Maxim. More cheap. Hotel bajet recomanded.

It budget hotel. Nice location. Walking distance everything got. Room is OK only. Will book again.

there was electric black out for almost 5 hours

The hotel located at strategic place. The cleanliness of the room is really bad,you can see stains on the towels and the bed sheets as it never washed before. The aircond also got problems. The room phone also cannot use.

Cadar, selimut dan tuala berbau hapak. Seperti tidak ditukar. Yang lain-lain semuanya ok.

Jam 2 c/in tapi bilik belum siap 30 minit lagi sya membuang masa menunggu. Dari jam2.45 petang sampai la ke jam 10.30 malam sya bgtau aircod tidak sejuk. 3 jam tinggalkan bilik tidak off airkon tapi bilik kami sekeluarga langsung tidak sejuk. Last supervisor hotel bagi kami kipas. Bed sheet kotor dan gatal. Hotel yang sangat teruk yang pernah saya duduk. Berbaloi ka rm119 sya bayar dengan bilik family yang begitu teruk?! Minta la pihak hotel pantau bilik-bilik yang selalu menjadi online booking.

Servis ok, cuma perlu upgrade cadar, sarung bantal, tuala. Sebab warna pudar sudah. 1st masuk saya ingat tiada sarung bantal 😅 Semua ok cuma yang saya sebutkan saja yang kurang memuaskan ✌️

Good place for saving budget.. Simple and clean.. Cheap price.. Good service.. I will go there for another next vacation

The Hotel itself was OK. Problem arose when they collected the Tourism Tax and then we learnt that Labuans accommodations cannot apply it as it is a duty-free island. they did not give back our money or any explanation

Ample space. Comfortable. Convenient. Easy access to anywhere. Near international Ferry. Seaview. Cheaper than my expectations. Will come back to this hotel.
