Accommodation same as picture. Bring shampoo or soap yourself. And need to depo rm100 at the counter.

This hotel is totally scam. Bilik rosak langsung tak sama dengan gambar. Tak ada maintenance. Hot shower hampir-hampir tak berfungsi, bilik penuh semut, bergaru semalaman. Tak lena tidur dibuatnya. Air mineral pun tak ada. Privacy pun tak ada. Apa orang sebelah bilik sembang pun kita boleh dengar. The website should banned this hotel. 😡

Check in agak lewat. hampir masuk waktu maghrib. dapat L2. dekat dengan surau. bilik pun ambil single bed sja. ada ruangan solat sikit. blh lah untuk saiz saya. yang lain ok. cuma dinding toilet kurang bersih. air sinki agak tersumbat. slow drain down. water heater tk ada. terpaksa mandi air sejuk. mintak untuk check out jam 1.00 tengah hari sebb event di jangka habis jam 12, tengah hari, front desk dengan muka kelat bagi tau akan charge rm 20 untuk lewat check out 1jam. harap pengurusan dapat trainingkan staf tentang "Quality customer service" kalau thn 90an dulu staf yang tk ada QCS dh dapat surat cinta . 😊 fyi: lokasi htl berdpn dengan Icity. meriah & tk lah sunyi. bwh htl ada restoran simple (tomyam) . cuma suasana ICity sudah tk mcm dulu lgi. banyak lot kedai yang masih tutup. It is confusing where to enter the hotel at first even after using waze/google map. Also the parking need to be paid instead of free. The staff are helpful. The room is small for a queen bed. There is only small spaces to walk in and out and for prayer. The room that I got have few facilities that is old and defect. The hanging rod in the bathroom is almost fall off from the wall. There is no window for air ventilation. The TV only have one channel that play English movie only. There is restaurant and convenient store nearby.

Harga yang amat berpatutan. Berdekatan dengan tempat permainan. Kedai makan dan kedai serbanika pun dekat. Amat puas hati dan akan datang lagi. Staff pun baik. Ada lift jangan risau. Parking yang mudah dan murah.

-Aircond berhabuk, macam tak diservis. -Tiada parking yang direserve untuk guest. -Toilet ada bau yang tidak selesa -Parking tak free -Malam susah nak parking sebab ramai orang yang pegi i-city parking kat situ. -Bangunan nampak lusuh.

The room is nice and comfort.

You have to pay for parking 1 night rm10 at the parking counter. Staff parking unavailable have to call the office first and wait until the staff come.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan hanya bersebelahan dengan restoran & KK mart tetapi keadaan bilik agak mengecewakan tidak seperti yang diiklankan. Bilik kecil nak solat pon tak selesa.

Oder bilik macam dalam gambar. Dapat bilik lain. Kalau nak bilik macam tu kena tambah duit lagi.

requested for housekeeping in the morning, however request was not taken into action. when we came back in the afternoon, the room still untidy, we had to remind and request again. however, the housekeepers performed their job superb!

3 bedded super horrible, so small price not cheap.will never go that hotel before

Harap ada air mineral dalam setiap bilik, lebih banyakkan siaran pada TV setiap bilik, tetapi hotel ini dekat ngan permainan ict pada waktu malam, itu yang menjadi kesenangan pada siapa yang menginap di hotel ni.

I already check in at 2.00 pm. but when I go to my room, it's still not yet clean up my room and look so messy there.
