No towels, no drink water, no escalator, internet wifi not working. Location and outside view was good

Nak cari makan senang ada banyak kedai makan kat area hotel ni, bank dekat nak beli keperluan diri pun senang 24 hour.

No toilet paper. When asked, the staff said they run out of stock. So many baby cockroaches coming in & out from underneath the bed. Need to change the towels which looked old & dirty. I had to use my own towel. The extra pillow which was kept on top of the rack has a dirty pillow case which we didn't dare to use. Please do something about the cockroaches for I believe they are nesting under the bed.
