TV was destroyed they tried to blame me

Property was definitely in bad condition I had asked for a none smoking room and all the location. It self was a smoking area terrible experience

The older gentleman manager is really friendly and professional.

Never ope. The door for checking.

Rooms were clean, property safe and quiet, staff were exceptional. Will be returning and recommend

Bed covers with stains, bathtub nasty, towels with stains, no soap

The room was clean and tidy. Smelled good. I was there for 5 days and saw no bugs in the room. The sheets were clean also. The manager was nice and professional.

Hair on sheets, room was dirty, had dirty toilet paper stuck to wall, cigarette holes in sheets,placed stunk, had no pool or any amenities, classic crack head filled place didn’t even feel comfortable with my car in the parking lot

smoking room. Requested non smoking. Tub was dirty. AC was not on. 99 degrees. construction all around.

The stay there was not great.The area didn't look safe.The room was very hot.Air conditioning was not working. The room was decent clean.They need to upgrade Everything it old. Service was okay.

Filthy. No locks on doors. Sticky snd slimy pillows. Disgusting bathtub and floors.

The room and room rate was reasonable for the San Antonio area. Check out was a problem because the manager was not on-site and the person checking me out did not know how to provide a zero-balance receipt. I actually stopped in another day to get a receipt and got no satisfaction because the same person was there with no manger around. I asked on three separate occasions to have the receipt sent to me via E-Mail and still haven't received a receipt after two weeks. Also, I had booked my room for two nights, but when I tried to get to the hotel on the second night, the Interstate service road on which the hotel is located was blocked for construction. I drove around for over three hours trying to get to the hotel because I had left belongings in the room from the first night's stay. I finally resorted to driving up the one-way service road in the wrong direction to get to the hotel. The hotel management had to know that access to the hotel would be blocked for that night, but I suspect that they failed to inform Expedia that the hotel would be inaccessible that night. .

None of the bedding was clean nor towels

The refrigerator did not work I had food to store

I liked there is a fridge and the bed and mattress were good that'all, but there was no blanket just a thin bed cover which was burned by cigarettes. the hotel is lost in the middle of nowhere between a railway and a motorway, there nothing around to get some food, no restaurant, just a circle K at a gaz station one mile away and there is no coffee maker in the room.

This was the dirtiest Hotel I have stayed at. The linens had burn holes. Towels terrible. It had roaches. I do not recommend anyone give this place money!!!

Bed bugs do not go specially with your kids

This was a poorly taken care of property. We cold smell smoke even though we asked for non smoking. There was mold in restroom. Toilet seat was torn up. The handle to turn on and off the shower was broken. The door to the room had no saftey lock because it was broken. We saw roaches in the microwave. The Sheetrock in the restroom was coming apart from the top.

I called the front desk repeatedly and never got an answer. The lughts by the bed didn't work, and neither did the electric outlets. No plastic cups and no Kleenex.

Room was not that clean
