The manager and the front staff is terrrible, didnot allow us to our booking saying we don't know about the website you booked, later 30 mins he said we got the details now And gave the room

Front staff not well manner and if wewill ask any questions they don't want to answe. And it is very far from dal lake. And service also not goo.
