I was recommended a hotel on the central side, but choosing this hotel, which is 20 minutes (vehicle, bicycle) from the center, was a very satisfactory result. It is a hotel that I set up for a business trip with my colleagues, and it is very pleasant, the interior of the accommodation is clean, and all employees are kindly welcomed. There is a parking lot underground, connected to the mart, and it has a very convenient structure. There is a subway nearby, Starbucks, and it is 20 minutes by bicycle and 20 minutes by car to the city, so I was very satisfied. Also, breakfast is delicious, and although it is not diverse, it was very satisfying.

A great hotel but a major glitch in the restaurant on the second night. We ordered and waited nearly 1 hour to get served. After 45 minutes we asked what was happenning. Told that pork tenderloin takes a while to cook. Offered a free glass of wine - OK. Waited 20 minutes longer and it finally arrived with fries rather than the croquettes ordered. Fries went back, another 10 minutes. In the end our free glass if wine an 30% off our bill made it kind if OK.

Très bel hôtel, belles chambres, personnel sympathique et disponible. Seul bémol : lors d'un repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel, ils avaient oublié notre commande ! De ce fait, il y a eu une longue attente. Mais ils furent très "commercial" et nous ont offert un deuxième verre de vin gratuitement pour la gêne occasionnée. Ceci rachète donc en partie ce petit bémol. En dehors de l'attente, les plats étaient vraiment très très bons. Petit-déjeuner : très copieux et choix très large.

Le réceptionniste de nuit de type asiatique Nous a refusé l accès à la chambre et ne voulais pas me donner une chambre avec deux lit simples Il nous a menacé de ne pas nous donner la chambre alors qu il était 1h30 du matin et que je nous sommes et présent pour le travaille Le radisson avait bonne réputation à mes yeux sauf depuis que je suis tombé sur ce réceptionniste non professionnel et très menaçant. Les prestations était conforme a ce qu'on doit voir dans un tel hôtel. Donc bien. Si le dîner était OK à peine et sans plus, le petit déjeuner/buffet était excellent. Le problème à régler concerne le parking. C'est déjà difficile à trouver l'entréé, même à 20 m. Mais une fois dedans, c'est franchement inimaginable. Nous avons tourné pendant 12 minutes, et sans avoir vu d'autres personnes qui savaient ou se trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel, on y sera peut-être encore. Comment peut-on laisser durer cette situation sans faire une signalisation acceptable ?

Hotel was goed maar het hotel per auto bereiken was hopeloos. Er was ons niets verteld maar je moest naar. Een Postx garage gaan en daar bij inrijden op een scherm drukken waarbij vier opties zich aandienden een daarvan Radisson! Ranging de slagboom open en kon je verder. Daarvoor nergens een Radisson bord! Ook het nummer 34 van het adres werd pas na de slagboom zichtbaar. De politie moest eraan te pas komen om het raadsel op te lossen.

The hotel looks lovely, the location is great, and the rooms were perfectly clean. ​The Bad: The service completely took the shine off our stay. I had emailed weeks in advance requesting that our group’s rooms be placed next to each other. We were put on the same floor but across the corridor. Frustratingly, our room actually had an adjoining door to another room, so the hotel clearly has the right layout for groups—they just didn't bother to allocate it properly despite the advanced notice. ​The water filter/ice machine in reception was broken. When we got back to the hotel around 9:00 PM on a weekday, I went to the bar&grill to buy large bottles of water. Even though it advertises opening until 10:00 PM, I was told it was already closed. (Lucky I didn't want food, as that would have been a disaster). I was directed to the reception fridge instead, forcing me to buy small glasses of water at a much higher expense. ​To make matters worse, when I went down the next morning to get water for our group, the bar refused again, and the reception fridge was completely empty and was told there was no more even though less than 10ft away were bottles in the bar fridge.
