I was recommended a hotel on the central side, but choosing this hotel, which is 20 minutes (vehicle, bicycle) from the center, was a very satisfactory result. It is a hotel that I set up for a business trip with my colleagues, and it is very pleasant, the interior of the accommodation is clean, and all employees are kindly welcomed. There is a parking lot underground, connected to the mart, and it has a very convenient structure. There is a subway nearby, Starbucks, and it is 20 minutes by bicycle and 20 minutes by car to the city, so I was very satisfied. Also, breakfast is delicious, and although it is not diverse, it was very satisfying.

Les prestations était conforme a ce qu'on doit voir dans un tel hôtel. Donc bien. Si le dîner était OK à peine et sans plus, le petit déjeuner/buffet était excellent. Le problème à régler concerne le parking. C'est déjà difficile à trouver l'entréé, même à 20 m. Mais une fois dedans, c'est franchement inimaginable. Nous avons tourné pendant 12 minutes, et sans avoir vu d'autres personnes qui savaient ou se trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel, on y sera peut-être encore. Comment peut-on laisser durer cette situation sans faire une signalisation acceptable ?

The hotel looks lovely, the location is great, and the rooms were perfectly clean. ​The Bad: The service completely took the shine off our stay. I had emailed weeks in advance requesting that our group’s rooms be placed next to each other. We were put on the same floor but across the corridor. Frustratingly, our room actually had an adjoining door to another room, so the hotel clearly has the right layout for groups—they just didn't bother to allocate it properly despite the advanced notice. ​The water filter/ice machine in reception was broken. When we got back to the hotel around 9:00 PM on a weekday, I went to the bar&grill to buy large bottles of water. Even though it advertises opening until 10:00 PM, I was told it was already closed. (Lucky I didn't want food, as that would have been a disaster). I was directed to the reception fridge instead, forcing me to buy small glasses of water at a much higher expense. ​To make matters worse, when I went down the next morning to get water for our group, the bar refused again, and the reception fridge was completely empty and was told there was no more even though less than 10ft away were bottles in the bar fridge.

An amazing experience, friendly and helpful and staff

The Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem is a comfortable, clean, standard chain hotel to stay in. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was very helpful. What stands out about this hotel is how terrible and difficult it was to park there. The parking garage is fine, but there are many businesses using it. The Radisson signage is small and the print on it so small that it was difficult to read. What signage there was disappeared after a few turns and we were left wandering around in the garage looking for the entrance to the hotel. The Lidl supermarket in the same garage had fine signage, perhaps the Radisson people should copy what they are doing. We ran into another man in the garage who said he had spent half an hour looking for the entrance to the hotel. We would not stay here again because of the parking.

Dejligt hotel. Alt iorden. Rigtig god morgenmad.

Próxima à uma estação de metrô e a um ponto de tram. Café da manhã OK e um bom quarto.

Staff was excellent. Rooms very clean. Location to amenities great.
