It was a a great size and very clean. In walking distance of most main downtown areas

Very poor communication. After emailing and trying to phone contact numbers with no response Only got information on how to access accommodation after 2hours with hotels.com. Who were very helpful. There is no information made available in the accommodation either Close to CN tower, waterfront and on edge of entertainment district so within walking distance for most.

I didn't like how it took me forever to find the address so I can check in I missed most of my concert because of that I never got the right address to begin with should fix that and then second I didn't get to enjoy my stay because the fire alarm went off to we all had stand outside it was not a great experience!

Horrible experience! After accepting our reservation at 11:00pm, the property sent a message that there was no on-site check-in and we must call the manager or look for instructions in a separate email (which never came). We called (as did Hotels.com customer service), but the manager was not available at that hour. We literally ended up on a downtown street corner close to midnight with a dwindling cell phone battery and strangers approaching asking for money as we struggled to find another place (which we did, at an exorbitant price). When Hotels.com contacted Sarkar to try to get our money refunded, they refused, saying the cancellation was too late. Horrible disregard for guests! The WORST experience ever with Hotels.com.

Nothing in the post when I reserved this room that this was a private apartment and that I had to talk to the guy to get his access codes & key. Apartment across from us had an all night party and the parking was a nightmare. Should have paid more for a hotel room
