The keys kept not working. Had to go to the front desk many times. Seemed to be always having problems with the key cards.

The room wasn’t the cleanest and the staff were kinda just there because they had to be maybe but not welcoming or asked how the stay was or very friendly, the breakfast was a couple different muffins and an apple or orange to chose from, no coffee or juice so was a total let down I myself would never stay there again

Was there for the weekend visiting friends. Very clean, modern lobby and rooms. Staff was great. Love the free parking. You can get a decent workout in at the gym. They have a cute hockey area setup in the basement I would've loved as a kid traveling with the team! The morning breakfast was pretty underwhelming but otherwise 10/10 stay!

The hotel had plenty of parking out front and back. The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful

I checked into my room, and the toilet had dry urine at the back of the seat. I asked a housekeeper to come and clean it and while she was doing so, another housekeeper came in and started yelling at us saying she cleaned the room and it was clean. She then turned to me and said, I probably peed on the toilet seat. the location is very sketchy, and I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Edmonton.

The front desk staff was polite and friendly when checking in and helped sort out my room situation. Housekeeping staff were rude when asked for towels because there were no towels in the room (they were down to one washer & one dryer) and when front desk arrived with the requested towels, only 1 bath towel was provided with two adults in the room (it appeared that she didn’t believe me when I said there were no bath towels and told her she could look herself). The other requested towels arrived shortly after. Floors were dirty and not vacuumed. No coffee or tea in the breakfast room ( I was told by the morning front desk staff member “that’s why there are coffee pots in the rooms”). Unfortunately, due to the way the rooms were not cleaned properly and dealing with some unfriendly & rude staff, we will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Newly renovated or build..workmanship is horrible - Ramada and Wyndham should be embarrassed - how this passed any sort of quality assurance inspection or reference check on the contractors doing the work is beyond understanding.. water temperature either way doesn't exist, noisy from hallway - poor insulation and build. Very poor breakfast - not even coffee. Oranges, stale muffins and plain croissants with nothing to put in or on them.

No coffee available on premises and the continental breakfast consisted of muffins and small croissants that were not fresh. Juice boxes on a bucket of ice. Pretty sad.

Didn’t like the extra $100 charge on my visa.

There was no breakfast as advertised as they are still in construction state

Place was great considering my air b and b cancelled because of a basement flood when I got there. I stayed in a one queen bed standard room. It was nicely renovated. The staff was helpful. The sink water did not smell great but the shower water was fine so not sure what that was about. It said breakfast included but there was no breakfast. With the new renovation, the breakfast was not set up yet. It isn’t the greatest part of town but I never felt unsafe. Parking was great. The cleaning staff came in when requested, however they never wiped anything like the counter or bedside table. I asked them to do so and they made my bed and emptied my garbage. I finally just asked for a cloth to wipe the counter and bed side table. I would stay there again but not for the price they wanted at the front desk. Way cheaper on Expedia.
