things seem good and fairly new, the only thing is there is no breakfast provided to customers due to kitcken is not available

The room was clean and huge. The only thing was the thermostat lite the room up and I like a very dark roo

The property was close to places I had to attend. When they made my bed on the second day they didn’t make it correctly. There was tub caulking on the bottom of the tub. In the bathroom the shampoo, conditioner and body gel bottles weren’t cleaned off from previous patrons.

The room did not match the picture on the web site. Nice and clean though

For starters we had to wait 5 minutes until we can even get into the building because you need key car but if you are checking in you have to wait for staff to open it & when I called the front desk nobody answered & when we were finally let in the staff took 5 minutes before helping us because she was on the phone... in the morning of our check out we were interrupted by someone ealry in the morning trying to or by our door maiking a bunch of noise (sounded like guests that were staying next to our room) & @9:20 the house keeping didnt nock and un locked the room door and tried to walk in but then realized that the top lock didnt let her in then she realized someone was still in the room even though there clearly was DND sign on the door....made me quite upset. Sleep was disrupted twice. Also the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting! & so we're the walls and the door in the bathroom...

room were okay - did not know was under construction - staff was lovey and very helpful

Overall experience was not very pleasant. We checked in by the late evening, staff wasn’t very helpful. Asked regarding the car parking and safety. Didn’t help much. Room was good and clean.

Don't stay here! The elevator smells like the worst toilets on earch. Room service is non-existing. The rooms are noisy. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The real thing is nothinh like what is shown in the pictures. We asked for a room service and the only thing they did was they emptied the black and blue garbage bins. Not even the toilet garbage bin or the compost bin by the kitchen sink. Worst hotel experience ever, if this place can even be called a "hotel".

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and had a fresh, pleasant smell.

Very nice property, Clean rooms and great staff, but the bathroom light switch on a sensor drove me nuts going to the washroom in the middle of the night. I covered it with electrical tape haha. Other then that, great place to stay short drive to West Ed Mall. Totally recommend it.

A bit odd having to call to use the front door but good place.

Room was nice and clean cute kitchen. If you plan to do cooking bring your own dishes there’s not much there overall positive experience would stay there again.

The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.

It's a new property and its clean. They could have used better quality paint, they did match the colors well tho.The laminate flooring was installed too tight and squeaked. For the price it was comfortable

Kitchen was equipped. Not fully. Dont forget your oven mitts! If you have cats, there are no screens on windows.

Clean rooms , staff was friendly , no sweetener for coffee in rooms ! But overall would stay again !
