Overall hotel and staff 5 stars ,swimming pool floor around swimming pool and jacuzzi was so slippery that I saw number of people falling down do to slippery tiles unacceptable for that reason I would not recommend it !!!

Easy access to the train station and the centre of town is a short cab ride away.

Everything was perfect, we really liked the pool and the sauna. Breakfast was great too!

First I got a room that was not cleaned. Bed was a mess and garbage all around. Luckily I got another room immediately. The receptionist was very good in handling this situation. Wi-Fi was great, parking great, breakfast great. One of the best Ibis in Poland. Could go back again.

Hotel na poziomie. Super położenie przy dworcu, dojazd do Zakopanego 25min za 5zł. Standard na 4 gwiazdki, a ceny na rozsądnym poziomie. Basen przeszklony top. Śniadania mega, więcej potraw jak na weselu, live cooking w weekendy oraz animacje dla dzieci. Wieczorem kino i popcorn dla dzieci. Obsługa na recepcji tj. Pani Magda to juz 5 gwiazdek. Sporo jeżdzę po Europie i w sieć Accor nie Novotel a ten hotel zrobił najlepsze wrażenie. Ostatnio w Dreźnie byłem w Ibis Styles i tam jest przepaść wzgl. tego. Do zobaczenia.

The hotel was super busy with a junior tango competition when I arrived . Absolute chaos !! I had a great dinner watching sport in the huge screen, they all packed up by 9pm, the room was dark and quiet, had a great sleep and a great breakfast . Top stay !

Overall the standard of the hotel was reasonable good. Ideal for families. I booked this hotel mainly for the indoor swimming pool but didn't get chance to swim during the 3 nights as the pool was over-run with children.

Poor service, unfriendly, ignorant staff, not customer focussed. Poor experience. Staff disinterested in customers. very poor menu. I will never go back! EVER Good Luck to anyone thinking of going for anymore than 1 evening.

Pobyt zaliczam do udanych. Spałem w cichym i czystym pokoju. Młoda obsługa dawała sobie znakomicie radę.
