Great apartments in the old town - wonderful setting and perfectly placed to wander the streets. An old building but really nicely modernised inside - very comfortable and well furnished. Great shower too! Really clean and well presented on arrival - nothing but good things to say. Special mention to the staff - always a bit nervous travelling - had arrangements fall through before with last minute cancellations and the like - but the team were on it, communication was always prompt and they were happy to make special arrangements for our late check in. Again, nothing but good things to say.

Residence Stine is a very nice place to stay for exploring Split. It has a central location with a short walk to what you need to see. The facilities are modern and very clean. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely come back for a next visit to Split.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Our room was perfect: modern, cozy, and clean, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony that we really enjoyed. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs made to order, which were delicious every morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

The Residence Stine - this one was difficult to judge. Yes it ticks all the boxes but it’s not a hotel per se - it’s a large house converted into a 9 room bed & breakfast. So lacks the full hotel services. HOWEVER, the hotel is located in a residential area 200m-300m up quite a steep incline on a narrow cobbled street. Elderly & infirm - BEWARE! Cars can’t come anywhere near the property so you are on your own dragging your suitcase(s) up & down so bear this in mind. However, having said that, it’s a solid 4 star level hotel room with all the amenities and features. The large bathroom with a powerful shower and a very well laid out room. Cleanliness reined supreme. So,10/10 for the guest room! The staff are brilliant (Annaline Hazel and Mia) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and treated us like super stars. Thank you guys for making the stay special. Everything ticked all the boxes. Even as an able and healthy 60 year old, I found the daily jaunt up and down tiring (when done the third time every day, especially after a day up sightseeing). Conclusion - A very solid comfortable QUIET peaceful hotel that’s well managed and will satisfy the needs of anyone that can pass the hurdle of the strep climb.

Everything was fantastic! I couldn't have been happier with the room or service I got. The bed was comfy, the room was big and the view amazing (from 4th floor). They had even towel warmers and new coffee powder was brought every day. The location was great too and felt safe as a solo female traveller, bus stations were not far either.

Beautiful large rooms in a first rate property. This is a five star property in a newly constructed hotel. The friendly front desk service is appreciated. The complete breakfast is buffet style with eggs made to order. Take advantage of arranged transport to the airport. It is the only way to have door to door assistance with luggage.

Hotel is very new and distances are walkable even though roads are hard for baggage.
