호텔의 인테리어 디자인은 환상적이었고, 제가 말레이시아에서 묵었던 다른 호텔과는 너무나 달랐습니다.

Very nice hotel, good location, clean, room design is very nice, staff are helpful as well.

- The entrance of the hotel is kind of hard to find. We arrived on foot and were not able to find it at first. - Next to family mart, opposite to 7-11. - The hotel as a whole has a sense of design, and feels comfortable. - The swimming pool is small and is only set up for photo. - The room is elegant, and you can see that some of the designs are beautiful but not practical (the bathroom and the wardrobe share a door, there are no hooks in the bathroom, and there is no makeup mirror) - The staff are very friendly, approachable and provide good service. - The circuit breaker tripped in the middle of the night. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. After changing clothes and going out to find someone, the power supply was restored. - The bed frame was full of ashes. - We paid extra for courtyard view. But actually the yard is to small to have a so-called view. Just parking lot view.

Super nice decoration and ambiance, of the hotel and the room. Had a lovely stay, comfortable bed, lighting, and other amenities. Looks super good and I missed it immediately after checking out. Would want to go back again. One of the best hotels to stay in.

One night stay at Kloe (13th Aug 2022). The reception counter is just next to the Lucky cafe. The staffs are friendly. The room is spacious. I was very surprised with the complimentary snack bar! Only one little downside: it was noisy if there are people playing at the swimming pool- I could hear the noise even though I've closed my door. I had breakfast at Lucky cafe. Hotel guests can enjoy 10 % discount of their menu. The food is okay. Overall the stay was comfortable. Thank you very much.

The room was so aesthetically pleasing! (actually the whole look of the hotel) everything was really good and they used Aesop soaps which was extra + points. The only thing I had to nitpick was where we used the sink to wash our hands, the drains makes this really weird noise like someone was talking on the walkie talkie. Which kind of freaked us out at first cause we couldn't find the root cause of the sound. But after that we got use to it! It was just a very minor issue. Also there isn't complimentary parking, but it 's a 10RM flat fee to be paid at the end of the stay :)

We had a pleasant stay experience at Kloe Hotel! Surprisingly the hotel is quite peaceful than what we expected. Staffs were friendly and really helpful. Location is near to big malls in KL so can either walk or take a grab.

Nice ambient, friendly and helpful staff, I had informed Kloe about our staying is to celebrate my wife birthday and our 1st marriage anniversary, they deco our room with balloons and swan towels.

I had a pleasant stay. The property/room is gorgeous, the staff were very accommodating and the coffee was good! Will definitely be back 😊

클로이에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. '룸 투 리드'를 선택했는데, 아름다운 디자인과 가구, 그리고 엄선된 책들로 가득한 멋진 방이었습니다. 다른 방들도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요. 정말 편안하고 깨끗한 공간에 스테이케이션에 필요한 거의 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 전망은 그다지 좋지 않지만, 위치가 꽤 편리하고 근처에 레스토랑이 있고 KLCC와 파빌리온까지 접근성도 좋습니다.

This hotel is super cute! Aesop amenities too! worth the money indeed and will come back again.
