Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Kahvaltıda sıcak olarak sigara böreği ve patates kızartması vardı, kızartma soğuk olunca pek bir seçenek kalmadı. Bir de otopark bodrumda çok dik olarak aşağı iniliyor, 2 metreden yüksek araca otopark yok, girebilene de girmesi çıkması biraz dertli. Biz aracı bıraktık yürüdük gezmek için, taksiyle döndük.

Odamız çok kirliydi hiç özenilmemişti. Ayrıca bir yan odamızda gecenin 4.30-6.00 arası yüksek sesle küfürler ve kahkahalar atılıyordu. Saygı namına hiç bir şey yoktu. Uyarmamıza rağmen maalesef aynı şekilde devam edildi. Kahvaltı çeşidi inanılmaz derecede azdı. Verdiğim paranın karşılığını alamadığım kötü ve berbat bir deneyimdi.

Everything about this budget hotel was great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. I had a nice sunny room with ensuite and felt very safe, plenty of eating options nearby as well.

Centrale alla città, quindi vicino a tutta la zona storica e commerciale. Hotel pulito, staff gentile che mi ha fatto trovare qualcosa per colazione prima dell orario. Acqua disponibile in camera e senza ricarico, come in altri hotels frequentati durante il viaggio. Speciale menzione alla meravigliosa e gentilissima Rana, la receptionist, che mi ha consigliato e fatto accompagnare da una persona dell hotel ad una farmacia per acquistare un disinfettante e che dopo il lavoro mi ha aiutato a trovare qualche regalino per gli amici, accompagnandomi personalmente in giro per la città, un trattamento da amica, tale e quale è diventata da questo momento. Veramente eccezionale.

Herşey beklentimin üstündeydi. Kahvaltı yeterli değildi.

Güzel bir otel, lakin biraz tadilat ihtiyacı var. Odamızın lavabo kapısı düşüktü ve yere sürttüğünden güç kullanarak ancak kapanıyordu. TV kumandasının pili zayıftı. Yatağın başındaki lamba yanmıyordu. Aynı fiyata uzatacağız dedikleri oda için bir gün öncesinden fazla ücret aldılar (630 TL yerine 712 TL). Fark büyük değil fakat mide bulandırmaya yetti. Yine de ailece konaklanabilecek bir otel.

I'd take a close look at the other complaints about this unit. The building was poorly kept and the stench of smoke kept us up all night and stayed with us even after leaving. The breakfast staff were friendly, the morning front desk was friendly, but I would not stay there again. Ever.

My stay at shahin hotel was Very nice .room was very clean AC was good . I slept good . breakfast was simple but healthy and fresh. Location was spot on the side street was not noisy. walking distance to metro 2 minute's and bus terminal 15 minutes by metro shopping centre 2 mins Location was great Staff were good and helpful. Very nice city felt Very safe day or night Well worth a visit if you come to turkey Bursa is a hidden gem . check out cafes on rooftops best view's from most cafés. Enough said

Temel konaklama ihtiyaçlarımın tamamını karşıladı. Yatak geniş ve rahattı ve otel umduğumdan temizdi. Fiyatı göze alarak mükemmel notu verdim.

Staff were friendly. But it was so hard to communicate with non english speakers.They need to learn, to make it easier for tourists. The man kept promising me 10 min his brother would come 1.5 hours later his brother arrived to help. Wifi was not working on level 5,Eventuality 2 hours later fixed. Hotel room booked for 2 people, only had things for one person i needed to iron my clothes , in whole hotel apparently no iron, even after saying there was an iron. It was so frustrating to communicate. Breakfast was very simple, jam,cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and olives.. Hotel in a quite area which was good. Other than communications nothing to complain abouy. Good people

Temizlik haricinde herşey kötü. Karşılama, ilgi, otopark, konfor, kahvaltı sıfır. Yapılan yorumlara aldandım. Bir daha asla kalmam, kimseye de tavsiye etmem.

Temiz ve nezih bir odada kaldım. Yatak çarşafları, banyo çarşafları, tuvalet ve banyo çok temizdi.Odada kettle var, çay ve nescafe içebilirsiniz. Sular ücretsiz. Tv ve klima çalışıyordu. 2 sandalye ve yuvarlak masa vardı. Geniş ve konforlu bir odaydı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü değildi, ilk gün kahvaltı için gittiğimde standart kahvaltı var sanıp masaya geçtim. Yemekhanede çalışan kadın bana "Geldin oturdun ama kendin alacaksın yemeğini" diye sert bir şekilde konuştu. Diğer günler kahvaltıya inmedim. Resepsiyondaki adamlar güleryüz göstermeseler de saygıda kusur etmediler, çok yardımcı oldular. Hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadım kaldığım süre boyunca. Çok memnun kaldım.

This hotel is clean and staff are frıendly. fresh bed lınıng everyday. Basıc breakfast is avaılable and everythıng is fresh. The vıew from my wındow was of an offıce block but İ dıd not come to stay ın my room. İt ıs off a sıde street from the maın road to the shoppıng centre. if you lıke hıstory Bursa ıs the place to be. Everythıng can be eıther walked to or by tram. The hotel ıs central to everythıng you need ın walkıng dıstance. İf you are wantıng to catch a tram or councıl bus rıde. you wıll need to get a travel card. thıs can be bought from the shop opposıte the shoppıng centre next to the taxi offıce. you can put as much or as lıttle as you want. you only need one card for 1 person or a famıly. Bursa ıs a very busy cıty İ have now vısıted twıce ın just a couple of months. famılıes wıth small chıldren i would recommend to keep them close wıth ıt been busy wıth traffıc and lots of people around.
