Everything was good.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The bar had a nice atmosphere, great drinks, and was a relaxing place to unwind in the evening. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Quartz is top of my list to stay at. Breakfast was excellent and included. Fresh ingredients from the region. Tje room was absolutely top knotch I love staying in a room with a better esthetic than mine. The pool was the best for my 5 year old the pool towels to date are the best from all the hotels. The restaurants near by offer such a variety and their aesthetically pleasing and so many photo opportunities. Staff was soo helpful.

This is my second time staying here. It’s a beautiful property, the staff is amazing and so easy to get to New City medical from the hotel. Walkable area and tons of places to eat and go around. It’s safe and clean. I will be back again!

Every thing was excellent with two exceptions. Very loud disco music until after 1AM The room was too cold and not enough blankets. Otherwise everything including breakfast was above expectations.

Going to Tijuana for fun, health reasons, shopping or great food? Stay at the Quartz Hotel and Spa. Staff are so friendly, helpful and ready to make your stay special. The free breakfast is delicious and rooms are clean and well maintained.

Excellent service clean room friendly staff enjoyed my stay

This property exceeded all my expectations, thanks to the amazing staff, especially Nayeli. She communicated exceptionally well and was very knowledgeable about the property. Last but not least, Richard was very attentive and gave great recommendations for anyone planning a night out away from the property. I would definitely return in the future. The only downside was the gentlemen in the parking structure who swarm around vehicles offering detailing services.
