플라야 델 카르멘에서 깨끗하고 안전하고 시설도 괜찮고 도심에서 가깝지만 너무 비싸지 않은 호텔의 마지노선. 가성비 상타. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 방의 컨디션도 아주 좋았다. 걸어서 센트로까지 놀러도 갈 수 있고 길도 안전하다. 수영장은 조금 작은편.

Don’t opt this hotel for breakfast. They say it’s included but it’s very very basic. Not a lot of options. Just an omelette and some fruit. Parking was ok. But it’s a very small parking lot.

Amazing stay. Stay was friendly & informative with great recommendations. Location is quiet & perfect. Would stay again. Only complaint was the shower head was oxidized besides that everything was great. Comfy beds, beautiful room & kitchen

Our favourite place to stay in PDC. The location is perfect for our favourite places to dine (calle 38). 5th ave is close but you are away from evening noise. We love how peaceful and clean the hotel is as well as the large rooms.

This hotel is very dirty with stains on all the furniture. The towels are a dingy gray color and most of them frayed at the edges. I had no hot water for 4 days. When we informed the staff of the water issue, she said | probably just don't know how to operate the shower! Pool had a beer can floating it. I ordered the mango habanero chicken wings which tasted like they were boiled in orange jam. Overall not a good experience. There tons of cute hotels in the area and this one looks good in picture but definitely not in real life

La limpieza es un desastre. No saben limpiar El cabezal de la ducha estaba lleno de sedimentos verdes y casi no salía agua. La chica de recepción (la que trabaja por la mañana) es totalmente desmotivada y antipática; dijo que no era suciedad, sino del agua. Después de que le dijera que podía quitarlo con el dedo y que eso significaba que hacía mucho tiempo que no se limpiaba, se ocupó de ello. La señorita que está en recepción por la noche es súper amable, motivada y servicial.

O espaço e a localização são muito bons, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. A limpeza é feita em dias alternados. No entanto, há um problema relevante que compromete a experiência: o chuveiro não funciona adequadamente. A pressão da água é muito baixa e a temperatura é instável, variando entre muito fria e excessivamente quente.

The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day.

Personal super amable and habitación muy espaciosa.
