파노라마 객실에 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 전망이 환상적이었어요. 수건과 침대 시트도 아주 깨끗하고 새것 같았습니다. 조식은 기본적인 수준이었지만 (계란을 구워주는 직원의 표정이 차갑고 무뚝뚝했어요). 객실은 방음이 잘 되어 있어서 복도 소음은 약간 들렸지만 옆방에서는 전혀 소리가 들리지 않았습니다 (의자를 위층으로 옮기는 소리가 들리긴 했지만 거의 들리지 않았어요). 프런트 직원과 보안 직원도 친절했습니다. 다만 엘리베이터 내부는 디자인이 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Facilities: 8/10 I have mysophobia but when I entered the hotel, especially the restroom, I had no fear. The hotel itself looks so “romantic” and of course, my cozy room was warm, comfortable and clean. This is exactly the first time I stayed in such a hotel that looks so “botanic” like this. And the neon lights “Em Oi” was cool as well :)) Similarly, I liked your wheatstraw toothbrushes as they are great for our health and the environment too! Customer service: 9/10 It is understandable that buffet table cannot be set up due to the amount of tourists, recently. However, to prevent guests’ frustration, the staffs offered us a menu to pick our food and directly bring then to our guest room. On the other hand, they kept the conversation continuous by asking questions like “How long will you be staying here?”, “What places have you visited?” Or “How do you feel about Em Oi?”. By this way, the staffs not only showed their hospitable attitude towards us but also their enthusiasm. Recommendation: For the betterment of Em Oi’s ambiance, you may add some candles or anything that make a good scent in the lobby, where impresses us in the first place. Sweets or little glasses of beverage can also be prepared when you welcome your guests.

나트랑에서 단 1박 휴가를 보냈습니다. 엠 오이 호텔을 선택했는데, 정말 멋진 휴식처였습니다. 공간은 4성급에 걸맞을 만큼 훌륭했습니다. 로비, 리셉션, 레스토랑, 수영장에서 보이는 호텔 전망이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 바다와 도시의 아름다운 전망이 보이는 침실도 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 주에도 엠 오이 호텔을 꼭 다시 이용할 생각입니다.
