비대면 서비스라서 약간 불퍈한 점은 있는듯하나 온라인 소통도 좋고 나름 장점이 많습니다. 특히 간단한 취사가 가능하도록 미니 주방과 설비가 구비되어 있어 편합니다

처음 비밀번호를 알려줄때 잘못알려줘서 청소하시는분이 체크인 센터에 전화해서 잘못알려주심 체크인 장소와 숙박장소가 떨어져있음이 좀 불편했지만 그러려니하고 갔는데 비밀번호 잘못알려줘서 다시 체크인 장소로 가야되나 완전 난감했음 전반적으로 숙소는 쾌적했지만 거미가 나와서 겁나 놀랬음

We have hooked four rooms and all rooms are very unhygienic. When we entered the rooms, there were still hairs on bedsheets, bathroom floors and toilet seat. The duvet covers and pillow cases have stains on them. The floor almost felt like the have forgotten to sweep or vacumn. There’s cobwebs on the ceiling that does not seem like it was there for more than a few days. Bathrooms have moulded and discoloured silicon throughout, you really don’t want to step on it. The check in was done online a few months prior the day of arrival and we still have not received the codes on the day so we had to be let in by other guests, trying to phone up the contact number provided and get the access code to the room.

A hospedagem é bem localizada, porém você não consegue falar com ninguém, enviamos um e-mail e não recebemos resposta até o fim da hospedagem. Mas o local é limpo e tem o que se precisa para poucos dias.

Não recebi as instruções do check in dentro do horário correto. Fiquei na rua esperando até ter o código de acesso do meu quarto. Não recomendo! Quarto minúsculo, barulhento, não tem elevador, não tem janela, não fornecem café da manhã como nas fotos. Toalha e lençol manchado. Único ponto positivo é a localização.

Lovely stay and apartment in a great location. The balcony furniture would benefit from being renewed, it didn’t look very strong. There were also 4 of us staying but only 2 plates and limited kitchen items. It didn’t matter too much for us as we mostly ate out.

Zimmer hatte kein Außenfenster, Schimmel in der Dusche, Zimmer so klein, dass kaum 2 Menschen und 2 Koffer reinpassten, Bad ohne Ablagen, Becher kein Handtuchwechsel, keine Mülleimerentleerung, Waschbecken verstopft, kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm

オンラインチェックインは苦手なので不安でしたが、やってみると簡単でした。 玄関と部屋に別のオープンコードが設定してあり、セキュリティはしっかりしているようです。 チェックイン時シャワールームのドアが壊れておりエージェントを通じてクレームをつたえたところ修理に丸２日かかりました。 ホテルに人がいないので、部屋に問題があった際は非常に困ります。 他が素晴らしいだけに非常に残念です。

You can hear a lot of noise from the hall way. The lobby smelled damp, maybe moldy. Placed the sign to clean the room and it took 2 days before they cleaned it. Told staff to change the sheet, but they still did not, because, as they said, the sheets looked clean. Overall the room is acceptable, but noisy when there are people in the hallway/on the stairs. Cleaning service was bad, but customer service was always available and tried to be helpful.

Gute Lage. Klein, sber ordentlich und alles vorhanden. Schon etwas abgewohnt und laut.

Excelente acomodação, toda nova e mantida com capricho. facilidade de acesso por senha para entrada e saída, a uma curta distância do Mercado do Bolhão e segura. Impressionou a limpeza de todo o prédio e a disposição das amenities para o cliente!!!! Muito Bom!!!!!!!!!!!!

El tamaño de la habitación es muy Justo y es complicado regular la temperatura y flujo del agua en la ducha, dicho esto la cama es muy cómoda y está muy bien situado

Paid extra to stay in a terraced room. Ended up on ground floor low ceiling room. The room was full of damp. The corridor outaide the room had serious damp. You could leave door open for freah air as it is on ground floor and had a garden which peiple came to smoke. Very disappointed and the joke being paid extra for this room. No solution to move as it was fully booked aparently even though they have several propeties in the area. The instructions to into the property was poor. Didnt specify room number and i had to get in touch with customer services. Being an online Nd humanless check in seems good on paper but when there is issues there is no support. There are better options in the city which i have used before i would use this company again

The room was like a black, small hole. No windows, no airing, no ventilation. On the other hand, lots of mold in the bathroom. Far from what the photo promised. Horrible experience.

Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed 5 nights. Easy check-in and check-out, well located and very close to the city center (we did quite all our visits by foot). Our room was small with no window on the outside but with a view of the staircase. Negative point: bathroom seals need to be renewed and the soundproofing in the room was not great. Not sure I will book this hotel during summer time: I guess it could be very noisy
