Great hotel with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel, everything we wanted for an overnight stay. Great food and the breakfast was even better - yum.

Amazing quirky place with lots of facilities and great food.

We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. There is also a mini fridge and bits for tea, coffee & hot chocolate and bonus cookies which were a lovely extra. The spa was very busy when we stayed but we still managed to try all the areas we wanted to and found places to relax. Must add that the breakfast and Piefeast were really good, very tasty food and a great range to try.

Second time saying in 3 months. We stayed in the coach rooms and previously the spa room. Best breakfast offing Iv ever had. Food is great and the spa is amazing. My new favourite place and can’t recommend enough

Great facility

One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year

Spa, room and staff all fantastic. We had a meal in the pub (Indian night) and was very disappointed, reminded me of a poor flavoured homemade meal, really not what i expected. Breakfast in the morning was great in every way. Would recommend, just not for the Indian.

Everything from start to end of our stay here was simply perfect. The spa visit was incredible, the staff go above and beyond to make your time relaxing. Our room was spacious and we loved the double baths. We will definitely be back again.

The room was very clean but what stood out the most was how good all the staff were, big shout out to Tom, very helpful, very positive person! Spa was great within the package of the room, we will be back!

So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing stay in a spa suite

Lovely staff , food in restaurant was excellent. Room was clean but heating hadn’t been put on so very cold to begin with but once that was sorted it was toasty . Spa facilities excellent.

Relaxing stay, lovely rooms and we loved the swim up bar!

Room 3 is lovely, great bath - shower needs fixing though. Nice decor. Enjoyed the breakfast. Shame we forgot our swimming things.

Room was spacious, clean, well presented and very welcoming. Bathroom also very spacious and everything you could possibly want for an overnight stay. Breakfast also great. Staff very friendly and knowledgable.

Lovely staff, great food. My only concern was that I was staying in a room in the pub, but they upgraded me, which was really nice, but I ended up in one of the rooms that is separate from the hotel. It was near to the road. The traffic was not a problem. The issue was it was a duplex room which had 3 access doors. Travelling as a lone woman I felt quite nervous & I travel all the time. Not a great idea to put a single woman in one of those rooms.
