Very clear instructions how to sign in. Room was lovely with a view of the sea and very good value for money! They even let me know that the carpark was going to be out of use due to the local festival taking place in the carpark. Only slight issue was the very good selection of books available that I couldn't possibly read in one night!! 😅! All in all a very nice place! 👍

Surprised at the "remote" way of gaining entrance (reminds me of COVID times!). Given a 'number' for entrance datalock that allows you through front door (after setting it up, a wave of door key fob allows entrance) and then (in our case) climbing some "challenging stairs" (we are in our 70s!) to the allocated room, with key left in the door. Saw "no life" till breakfast room! Breakfast was very good. Eyemouth worth a visit, but ruled by the gulls!

Wonderful guest house in great location overlooking the beach. Free parking in front of the guest house and opposite the coop. Great room and delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Couldn’t believe we saw seals in the harbour and a great place for scuba diving.

Surprise. Personne à l'arrivée... ce n'était pas prévu. Code envoyé par mail pour accéder à l'hôtel et à la chambre. Par contre excellent petit déjeuner servi le matin dans une salle à manger

Self check in was very simple to follow. Room was basic but very clean. Tea making facilities with complementary biscuits. T.V. en-suit perfectly adequate. Breakfast was self service cereals, toast and fruit juice. Order for cooked breakfast was taken by waitress..... and beautifully cooked it was !!!! Outside the hotel is a beatiful view of the sea, free car parking is directly over the road, the car park contains a Co Op supermarket, there are half a dozen restaurants literally a stones throw from the hotel. We went to the Indian literally 50 meters away and it was excellent!! With Eyemouth being a tiny fishing port there are also fresh seafood restaurants. Eyemouth is a truly quant little place.... a hidden gem !!

Parking in the lot in front of the apartment was plentiful. It faces the ocean. Lots of food/dunk spots. The morning breakfast that is included worked out great! Very clean and convenient rental!

A simple, functional B&B. The staff were helpful in making sure we had oat milk for with the breakfast. Check in was easy and meant we could arrive anytime.

It was well located on the waterfront near a shop with Fred parking in the street. It was quiet. We had a fantastic meal at the new Indian restaurant nearby. The bed was big and the linen was lovely quality. It was good to be able to open the windows for fresh air.

This was better than I first thought. Staying for business and I need somewhere close to where I was working for 1 night. The email with entry instructions arrived in good time and entry to the building was easy too and parking across the road. Room was perfectly adequate, clean and tidy. The freshly cooked breakfast was lovely. I prefer to have breakfast earlier than 8am but that's only a personal preference. A little bit of road noise on occasion but not all night. All in all I would stay here again.

Good location to use as a base for one or two nights stay. Staff at breakfast and room cleaning were friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was the usual mix of traditional cooked fare with cereal, yoghurt, juices etc. The remote Check in was a little strange but caused no problems. The twin bedroom was small but adequate as was the bathroom. The shower worked well. The house has a large downstairs lounge with TV and views of the seafront which allows guests the option of relaxing outside their rooms. Car parking is the large Free public car park opposite the guest house. Free to stay up to 48 hours. One big negative however was the two single beds in the room. Two extremely uncomfortable nights sleep in beds that were way past their lifespan and definitely need replacing!

Just stayed in room 5 (family room) with my partner it’s Lovely hotel, very clean and well kept beautifully decorated rooms and furnishings. Nice and central to everything would definitely stay again. Very accommodating and and around lovely place to stay x

We really enjoyed our time at The Home Arms. The location was just amazing! The host was warm and welcoming, and the place was spotless and well cared for. The traditional English breakfast was really tasty. The only minor point is that the mattresses felt a bit too soft for our liking, as we’re more used to firmer support. It might be something to consider improving. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly come back.

The shops in the area close early for a tourist place. Hmm it has a beautiful location.

Easy check in, nice clean room, powerful hot shower, beautiful views could watch from the window all day. Breakfast was good, lots of choices from cereals, yogurts, fruit and hot breakfast. Handy free parking opposite the hotel. Lots of nice walks near by. Hope to return soon!
