위치가 너무 좋고 룸도 깨끗하고 직원분들이 정말 친절했어요. 아침식사도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

직원들은 친절했고, 호텔의 위치는 조금 시끄러웠지만 훌륭했습니다. 나폴리의 랜드마크와남부이탈리아로 가는 페리를 타는 항구에 도보로 다니기 충분했습니다. 다만, 최악의 경험을 하였습니다. 건물의 문제인지 나폴리의 문제인지는 모르겠지만, 샤워필터를 사용하는 우리부부에게 최악의 경험을 안겨주어 나폴리에대한 안좋은 기억만 남기게 되었습니다. 로마와 피렌체 피엔차 시에나 등 여러도시들을 여행해왔지만, 한국에서 가져온 필터 하나로 충분히 깨끗히 샤워할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 해당 호텔에서 새로운 샤워 필터를 사용한지 2일만에 사용할 수 없었습니다. 두번이나 필터를 바꿨어요! 사진속 필터는 새롭게 사용한지 3일만에 변질된 필터입니다. 호텔이 지속되려면 배관을 꼭 청결하게 해야될것 같아요!

나폴리 관광중심지에 있어 출장및 관광에 매우좋은위치이며 밤에 다니기도 안전합니다. 주변건물은 낡았지만 내부는 상당히 깨끗하고 잘정리되어있으며 조식은 유럽의 조식부페중 매우 충실한편에 해당합니다. 다만 밤에 호텔찾기 어려울수있으며 사무실과 입구대문을 공유하므로 들어올때 해당부저를 찾아서 누르면 열어주는 시스템이 좀 낮설수있습니다. 전원콘센트가 한국의 것과 안맞는것이 있어서 유니버설 콘센트를 가져가는게 유리합니다.

Hotel and room condition was okay but it was hard to find hotel and some items are missing in the room. Not prepraed well.

매우 모던한 스타일의 호텔. 깨끗하고 중심가에 위치해 있어서 안전하다. 웰컴 키트에 간단한 스낵을 담아 선물로 주는데 꽤 맛있었다. 잘 써지는 볼펜도 선물로 준다. 조식도 맛있는 편. 다만 하우스키핑 서비스는 미흡한 감이 있어 아쉬웠다. 방 안에 차는 있지만 커피는 없다. 침대도 매우 안락하고 혼자 지내기에 딱이었음. 둘이 가도 좋을 것같다. 강추.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location. The entrance is very discreet, a simple door in the side alley, however the hotel is a pleasant surprise once you’re inside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Limited lounge facilities

The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are very friendly. Make note and I wish someone reviewed this before, we would have never booked this hotel. The rooms in the right side are all over looking a McDonald’s in the mall - yes the hotel is in a mall. It’s LOUD till 1:00am. You’re on the second floor so you hear everything. They moved us - which was helpful. But… the AC did not work. I said the the staff the AC isn’t working. His response give it time. We spent another two nights with no AC - they did offer for us to take our old room back - no thanks up all night. Also note. It’s only the second floor of a residential apartment building. The elevator costs 10cents to ride. The property on the outside is rough looking. Staff - some Very nice and helpful, I guess thier hands are tied due to limited rooms. It’s only one floor and the breakfast and bar is literally located steps away - so morning 5:30am they get ready. - loud. You don’t sleep much Breakfast was good - staff great Just be very cautious. Personally I would never stay again due to being in a loud mall and AC so so at best. Hope this helps anyone looking at this property. I will say the rooms are beautiful - that’s about it Lots of “stuff” that comes with it

Excellent location, just a few steps from Via Toledo and the Galleria Umberto I. Hotel Matilde exceeded all our expectations: a modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean room, an incredibly attentive staff, and a delicious breakfast. A true oasis in the heart of Naples. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought!

The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. I was impressed by the cleanness of the room, and having reliable air conditioning was a lifesaver after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was helpful. A major highlight was the excellent buffet breakfast included with our stay, which had so many great options to start the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotell was exelent, but it was difficult to find the main entrance from the street. Well hidden, but inside the rooms and service was 10/10.

The hotel is on the first floor of a building. The staff and the rooms are nice. There are two things to improve. 1. It is very hard to find, particularly if you arrive at night as the taxi cannot drive to the location. 2. the wifi is very poor and we could not get work done from the room nor personal calls via whatsup or factime

Muy buena experiencia

Boutique hotel in the middle of Plebiscito district of Naples City Centre. Our room was clean, spacious, with view looking out to the bustling street. Would not expect how beautiful the hotel is from the outside of the building. its in a older building and from the ground floor, does not look promising. As you round the corner of the stairs on the 2nd floor, through the glass sliding doors you are welcome with a modernize counter and a warm smile from the Receptionist. Property reminds me of the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas... Sexy and Hip vibes

Everything about this boutique hotel from reception staff to room cleanliness and breakfast was wonderful.

Helt fantastiskt hotell! Stora, fina och mycket rena rum, fantastisk personal och frukosten var topklass! Rent och snyggt överallt och läget var gudomligt! Absolut bästa stället att bo på!
