전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Level at Melia Alicante - Adults Only

직원들이 매우 친절했고 호텔 위치나 시설 청결함이 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 밤에 전원이 계속 on/off 되기를 반복하면서 발생하는 소음으로 한숨도 못잤습니다. 모든 전원을 다 뽑아도 딸깍딸깍 하는 소리가 지속적으로 났습니다. 24시간 프론트데스크에 전화했지만 모든 객실이 같은 상황이라고 하여 그냥 포기하고 침대에 누웠는데 잠을 한숨도 못잔것 같아요. 피곤하지만 아침에 겨우겨우 바르셀로나로 운전해서 왔습니다.

It was a lovely hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Et stort hotell med topp beliggenhet. Etter at ha vært der 5 ganger så syns vi det har forandret seg litt. Ikke like bra denne gangen og føler vel at det koster mere en det smaker. Vi prøver at annet hotell neste gang.

Vi bodde på the level. Helt Perfect. Var väl värt de extra pengarna. Vi hade rum med pool access🙏

Overall very good. A couple of points to consider. The adults only isn’t strictly true. There are children around the main pool and in the restaurant that you have to go to get your half board evening meal. Also in the restaurant the meal is included in your package of half board but the drinks aren’t not even a glass of water. The adults only section is on level one of the hotel where you can drink and eat and have the canapés and snacks. This is a lovely space with amazing views but you aren’t allowed to take drinks to your room and no refreshments around the pool area unless you buy your own. I highly recommend this place but be mindful of the all inclusive label.

Beautiful rooms and plentiful alcohol but the food options were limited for vegetarians. We had paid extra for a suite because the photos on the website indicated that these had a large balcony with a sunlounger on which would have been ideal for sunbathing as one of us has limited mobility. Unfortunately, we had two small balconies with chairs. Not an issue for many but not ideal for us.

This was our first stay at a Melia hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel was in a good location and the room was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly and everything was seamlessly efficient. The only two downsides for us were the fact that the rooms and the pool areas were only in sun for half a day, so to sunbathe within the hotel environment was not really an option - at least not for very long. The beach was a 2 minute walk, which is fine for beach-lovers! The other minor irritation was an entrance door by the main swimming pool area which led to the seafront. It was constantly being banged open and shut as people went through. A small fix could probably solve that one! We will definitely use Melia again - and in fact are about to book the next one - but probably wouldn't return to the Alicante one for the reasons given.

Incredible service - the level is a great stay ! Our serving time here and we would go back! Views and hotel location are superb.

The check in and check out is complicated. The reception for the level is really far and hard to find from the front of the main hotel, there is a level check in at the front of the main hotel, but no one was ever there. Check out was just as bad, we had to track all through the main hotel to get to level reception. They were short staffed and we had to wait to check out for over 40 minutes.
