실내가 추워서 요청한 작은 히터는 훌륭했고요. 라커나 체크인 등 불편함은 없었고, 세비야 대성당 등 관광지가 가깝네요.싱글 침대 등 불편함은 없었어요

시내 중심가에 쇼핑히기도 좋은 위치에 현대적이고 깔끔하며 가격도 좋은 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 다만, 세탁기인지 건조기인지 빨래를 돌리면 검은 줄이 생겨서 빨래가 엉망이 됩니다. 가격이 괜찮긴 하지만, 청소비 지불하지 않으면 수건도 안 바꿔주네요.

We had no a/c and it was 30C and they were not able to fix it. But the unit is fantastic in size and amenities, just the problem with the a/c.

Nice room centrally located.

This place had a perfect location to what we wanted. Communications was really great through WhatsApp, but the main downfall was that the WhatsApp communications were between hours of 10:30am-6:30 pm. We did not arrive to the place until about 7:00pm and we did not have enough pillows. Communications at this point was via a phone number, but being international traveller's this was at a great cost. We did ring, but it used up our credits. It was resolved in the morning, so all good. We were very pleased otherwise as it was very convenient to all that we wanted to see as well as one of the bus stations for our trip out. There is a small pool that you can you for cooling down and lots of lounges and seats to bask in the glorious Spanish sun. We would recommend this place to other travelers and would use again if we ever return to Seville.

One person in my party could not sleep well due to the sounds from the lobby below (bedroom was just above the front door) and around the apartment woke him up during the day, but the night time curfew on low sound helped a lot, and I really appreciate the sound curfew. We arrived early and were able to sit in the lobby until pre-checkin was done. We used the lockers to store our luggage until the room was ready so we could go eat. The room was ready an hour early, it was very nice, I appreciated the staff and their help in the quick accessibility to our room. The kitchen had everything we needed, I would have done more cooking if we had stayed longer. The TV worked great, and we loved the black out shades.

Lovely apartment with great location. Excellent communication with hotel. Our room was a 2 bedroom on the ground floor. Enough light from light wells but no window. Absolutely fine for a few nights but couldn’t stay for week in this room. Would come again but book one of the other rooms with a balcony/window

Property is within the walking distance to many attractions and variety of restaurants which is a big plus. The condition is also fine but there were few areas which could be imrpoved. Jacuzzi in our room was not working throughout the stay and even though they tried to help on Whatsapp but it still didn't work. The wifi was not working on the last day but the biggest issue was no hot water in the room when we had the checkout early. Tried contacting on Whatsapp as well as called the emergency number four times who kept telling that a English speaking executive will call back in few minutes who never called back. Finally called again and spoke to someone who did acknowledge the issue with hot water and informed that they will report to local staff, promising a call back. This never happened and we had to check out. They did not even bother to reply to message asking if the issue was resolved which left a bitter experience overall.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It's centrally located in the old town within walking distance of all main attractions. The apartment is very clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable

Big clean appartments. Great location! Nice small swimming pool. My only complain is the appartment condition water infiltration and the sound was well insulated for sound.

The property is at great location close to many shops and grocery shop is just 2 mins away. Main dining room is not as big as in pictures but still good. Bedroom and bed are big size But the apartment has serious ant issue and there are ants in living room, kitchen and bathroom. For two days i had to constantly fight with the ants and it was annoying and disgusting. They said they will follow up the next day when I sent them the videos of the ants but they never did. Luckily it was only a 2 day stay or else I would not be able to deal with these ants They also tried to charge me extra for booking taxi for me to airport until I questioned and they resent the correct amount
