Nous avions réserver trois chambre et on nous a mis trois dans la même chambre. Enfin on nous a donné une deuxième chambre pour notre séjour. Mis à part cet inconvénient, il n’y a pas de gêne à y séjourner. Les petits apparts sont bien et propres

The staff was amazing, the breakfast delivered to our room (extra charge) in the morning was delicious and bountiful and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious. We stayed two separate nights, in two different rooms, and were very satisfied. Thank you for a great experience in Marrakech!

Arrivées à l'hôtel facile, bel accueil et bonne communication avec les gens à la réception. Tous très polis, à l'écoute et aimables. Apprécié recommandations avec descriptions d'Ismail pour des excursions avec un chauffeur "local". Ai voyagé avec une amie, deux femmes qui recherchions authenticité et sécurité, totalement recommandé! Notre chauffeur, Mohammed a été fort sympathique, respectueux et nous nous sommes senties en sécurité à toutes nos rencontres. Choukran bezaf!

Accueil très sympathique, le personnel est agréable et souriant le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Pris sur le roof top c'est agréable. L'appartement est plutôt grand, un peu sombre. Le point négatif est vraiment le bruit extérieur la nuit, la route est très bruyante.

This hotel is aging and the room was showing a little wear. The electric heater struggled a little to get the room up to temp. The cleaning staff is excellent and energetic. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was dark and quiet and I slept well. The staff did not disturb me and let me sleep in. The wi-fi needs to be better. It was not sufficient for work. E

We stayed only quickly after a late flight arrival but the little hotel apartment was lovely. Staff was excellent, easy check in, very clean and quiet property.

Brilliant and clean property get a whole apartment for cheap in marrakech’s new city. Walking back on a night can be scary with people hanging about in cars

Très belle chambre, mais l’isolation thermique est inacceptable ; l’appareil à Clim est censé chauffer mais très peu et avec un bruit trop important.

L'hôtel est très propre, accueillant, des bonnes senteurs orientales. Le personnel est très agréable et discret. Rapport qualité/prix : nous sommes très satisfaits de notre chambre composée d'un coin salon et d'une cuisine équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Nous avons adoré. C'est la seconde fois que nous allons dans cet endroit, et nous avons remarqué les efforts de l'hôtel pour que celui-ci soit bien entretenu. Il est très bien situé dans le quartier de l'hivernage, à 5 mn à pied de Menara mall. Malgré la fréquentation du quartier, le lieu situé à l'entrée d'une rue perpendiculaire est calme et reposant. Nous y retournerons !
