First of all, I truly would like to appreciate all hard work of Mr.Enis. He is really kind and professional. I will not forget all your warm welcoming and caring of customers. (all the best for you!) I stayed this hotel for a week. Even though room is quite small, it was pretty convenient to stay and work(desk is big enough to do anything..!) However, Wifi was too weak to run the program for my working..! Thanks to helpful staff, I could use wifi router extension and it was OK. I use Sauna every evening. It was good enough to release the stress sweating and relaxing. Ali(staff) was very kind and nice guy trying to offer anything for me to make feel comfortable. I just would like to mention just one thing..! Smoking issue...! I found and reported that cleaning lady was smoking in the empty room(after a customer check-out) opening all windows and turning on A/C very strong to blow out smoke smell...! However, smoking smell came to my room very strongly.. so I could found her smoking in the room and she was pretending that she was not doing anything wrong..!(the floor where I stay was for non-smokers). I was very shocked..literally. I travel a lot and stay a lot of hotels.. but I can say that this disappointing happening is the very first time in my life. I hope this will not happen again for next customers who will stay in this hotel. Except for that issue, I had good service from this hotel and I was happy to stay here.

Çok teşekkür ediyorum. Personel çok nazik ve güler yüzlü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. İkinci gelişim; daha önce de gelmiştim ve tekrar geleceğim. İnsana gerçekten özel hissettiriyorlar. Mall of İstanbul’a yürüyerek 5 dakikada gidilebiliyor. Odalar çok temiz, kahvaltı ise muhteşem. 5 yıldız, 10 puan veriyorum. Resepsiyona çok selamlar!

Ingen bra frukost och för varmt i rummen, gick ej att ta ner värmen och det var därför svårt att somna i värmen.

Horrible service - I ordered room surface and it took over three hours for them to deliver they didn’t even bother to tell me what is the delay .. I couldn’t not sleep till after 3:00am .. they allowed drunk men in the room .. I complained four times and they asked me to change my room. After they were very loud. Laughing and screaming .. they were smoking to the point it that it came in my room .. although the rooms were non smoking .. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and I will never , ever back

Its s good hotel a few min walk from the mall of Istanbul .

They provide a chauffeur service from Istanbul Airport in a luxury van for a reasonable rate. The hotel was in a beautiful position, close to the Istanbul Mall and a theme park. Their service and quality were excellent.
