Since it is made of wood made by furniture, I was very surprised that a spoon-sized cockroach entered between the floor and the gap between the furniture. I'm from Korea, but there's no big cockroach in Korea. It was at least 3 times bigger! It's noisy around, but it's rather attractive because its wonderful bars and atmosphere to enjoy of Austin. The room is big and comfortable. The bedding is clean and the cushion is good. *** Above all, if I visit this hotel again, I would like to praise a female staff called "Mati" who was kind, energetic, and tries to solve customer inconveniences like her own. If I visit Austin again, it will be because of the charm of the city and my business, but if I visit this hotel again, it will be thanks to Mati.

Sharon was the highlight of our trip. She made us feel at home.

ARRIVE was quiet and super clean. It was near tons of restaurants and bars, and a short Uber ride from Congress Street. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. There is a nice bar downstairs and a rooftop arrea on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and friends traveling to Austin.

excellent stay

Anytime we’re in Austin we stay at Arrive. We loved it from day one. It’s location, staff and pet friendliness make it a great choice for us!

Great location and valet parking is a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, roomy, and with modern amenities. Front desk, and the manager Jason, were very quick to help with anything (they even gave us some to-go boxes for our pizza that was too big for the fridge.) Valet was super quick and easy to access when we needed to leave! *If you are sensitive to noise like me, ask for a room on the South side that does not face 6th. We were lucky and got a room over there on the 5th floor and it was SILENT!*

Texas hospitality at its finest! The staff is super friendly, flexible and ready to help. Shoutout to Sharon :) They are also pet friendly, in a good central location if you like to be around the activity and have comfy, clean rooms.

Really enjoyed my stay! Parking a little pricey but it might be worth it since it’s located near downtown! Would definitely stay again

One of the most amazing and creatively designed and decorated hotels I’ve stayed at. I recommend any top floor corner room. Shower was HUGE!

Clean and they were very friendly. Loved that there were many things to do nearby and within walking distance.

We love this little gem not far off the beaten path from downtown Austin- a short one mile walk takes you to the heart of it all. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! The AC wasn’t working well in our room- gave a quick text to the front desk and we moved to another room where it was nice and chill. Location is everything - and this was far enough away so didn’t have to pay 65 bucks for parking - and the room was very reasonable. Wasn’t the first time we stayed there and won’t be the last. A great kayak put in spot is just four minutes away in a park right on ladybird lake - Neighborhood is up and coming- lots of great restaurants and food trucks nearby

Hip! Good customer service. Liked free drink coupon. Only thing I didn’t like was parking in these area. They charge $45 valet parking but you can find some street free parking.
