Localização excelente, funcionários educados. Porém, a limpeza do apartamento é ruim, eles só trocam as toalhas depois de 4 dias de estadia. Aos domingos nem arrumam as camas. Toalhas de banho velhas e manchadas. O chão estava imundo, o banheiro pior ainda… Não recolheram o lixo do banheiro um dia… Enfim, na limpeza nota zero.

Estadia incrível, só achei que a limpeza deixou a desejar, próximo a estação do metro bem confortável e lindo.

Localização perfeita perto de restaurantes, shopping e metrô. Hospedagem impecável, organizada, limpa e bonita. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Se voltar para o Chile com certeza me hospedarei novamente aqui.

Apartamento muito confortável. Chuveiros quentes, camas muito agradáveis e boa localização. Só um ponto negativo é o porteiro da noite que se mostrou impaciente alguma vezes.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, mas deixa muito a desejar em limpeza. O wi-fi é muito ruim, não conecta direito. O chuveiro não tinha água quente e caia muita pouca água, isso quando estava fazendo 8º em Santiago. O quarto principal é grande, mas o outro quarto é muito pequeno e estava fedendo. Vimos vários lençóis, fronhas e cortinas manchados, com sujeira. Enfim, atrapalhou muito a experiência na cidade.

Excellent customer service and a great location made for a pleasant stay. The space was a bit small, and there were some minor issues with the shower, TV connection, and slow WiFi, but overall still a positive experience.

Area is ok Airco did not work, no baterys. Told reception 3 times no solution.

Deviam informar que trocam toalhas e lencois em 3 a 4 dias na descriçao de comodidades. Só dispõe de sabonete liquido sem shampoo. Faltavam xícaras. Apartamento em geral limpo, mas com encardidos na banheira e vaso sanitário.

The apartment hotel was very clean and nicely renovated. It had a balcony with a great city view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was also a 24 hour concierge which was very helpful as well as housekeeping daily. The metro station was only a couple of blocks away and there were convenient stores all around to get water or other supplies. The area was also very safe to walk in. All in all, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Great stay, all according to the details provided by expedia. If I had to complain about something it would be street noise. Hotel is located in a main street, i.e. public tranportation runs all night and that noise is inevitable. Other than that, all was just perfect.
