유니버셜 리조트에 갈꺼라면 필히 고려해야하는 숙소입니다 무료셔틀 뿐만아니라 티켓 수령도 가능하고, 파크 얼리 엑세스도 가능합니다. 방도 넓어서 짐 놔두기도 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 새벽이 넘어간 체크인에도 친절하게 응대해준 직원들의 친절은 여행을 시작하는데 있어 매우 기분 좋은 일이었습니다. 어쩌면, 아마고 높은 확률로 올랜도에 와서 유니버셜 리조트를 가게 된다면 다시 올 거 같습니다

체크인 직원이 너무 부족합니다. 비록 밤늦게 도착했으나, 너무 많은 사람으로 인해서, 체크인 시에 1시간 기다렸습니다. 궁금한게 있어도 매일, 모든 시간(아침부터 저녁까지)에 체크인 줄이 항상 길어서, 직원에게 물어볼 수가 없습니다. 그리고 중고생 단체 여행객으로인해 밤까지 매우 소란스러웠습니다. 방음이 잘 안되구요. 다만 다른 부분은 좋았습니다. 방의 컨디션이나 시설, 그리고 카페테리아는 저렴해서 지내기는 좋았습니다. 직원 확충이 절실해보입니다.

깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 방키만 넣고 퇴실하는 시스템이 특히 편리했습니다.

Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean. The shuttle to universal was very convenient! The only problem I had was the that the beds are super uncomfortable but the pools and characters at the hotel make up for it.

Great atmosphere and facilities. The shuttle to the theme parks ran constantly which made it easy to go back and forth if needed. The staff were all amazing and friendly!

Outstanding stay but check in was very backed up when we arrived at 1am. The hotel really needs to do better with having enough staff for the front desk when lots of arrivals are expected.

The room was clean, and the number and arrangement of outlets were perfect, making it a very comfortable place to stay

Property was clean and very accessible to the park. Great food options. Unit was noisy though and the wait for the elevators was insane. Other than that a good experience.

Clean, spacious, close to attractions

Our recent stay at Universal Endless Summer Dockside, during spring break, was fantastic. We switched to this hotel two days before our trip to Universal, and have zero regrets. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the whole process was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to/from the Universal parks. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe enough during the day, but we did come across some interesting individuals in the evenings - I would hesitate to walk alone after dark. There were several walkable shopping choices nearby for groceries, including a fantastic Portuguese store and a chain drug store with simple grocery options. The property was within a 30 minute walk of many fast food options, restaurants, retail complexes and outlet shopping malls. The pool area was resort-like and never busy, but the water was pretty cold. The fitness centre was incredible - new machines, and plentiful treadmills. The food court was very pricey - we did not eat there. In room coffee and a mini-fridge were a plus. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was a delightful stay for my family of four (two adults, two teenagers).

Estuvimos poco tiempo, el hotel en general nos gustó, lo único que no me gustó es que no dan bandas para identificar los huéspedes y esto no me hizo sentir muy segura, pues cualquiera puede hacer uso de las facilidades y el transporte.

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay here . The only minor thing is I wish the pools were a little bit warmer . Everything else was perfect and we would def recommend and stay again

Péssima acústica, barulho de vibração no sistema de climatização. O elevador próximo ao meu quarto ficou quebrado durante três dias dificultando o deslocamento. Apesar de reservar dois quartos ficamos bem limitados com o espaço para colocação de malas e convívio familiar.

Excellent quiet place to stay.

Estrutura maravilhosa! Quartos confortáveis, atendimento muito bom. Peca somente na limpeza dos quartos. Em 12 dias de estadia o quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez. Eram trocados as toalhas, o lixo retirado e as camas eram arrumadas. Comprei um aspirador portátil pra passar no chão. Falta só esse toque na limpeza , porque no demais é tudo ótimo.
