주차 공간을 얻기 위해 협상해야 했는데, 호텔에서 멀리 떨어진 주차 공간까지 차를 발렛 파킹해 주겠다고 자원했는데, 우리는 개를 데리고 체크인할 때 정말 번거로웠고, 그런 다음 잘못된 방을 배정받았고, 창문이 있는 디럭스 퀸룸을 예약했는데 10층에 있는 아주 작은 방을 배정받았습니다. 프런트 데스크에 우려 사항을 제기해야 했고, Traveloka 측에서 오류가 있어서 제가 지불한 객실을 제공할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 부분 환불 대신 체크아웃하기 전 몇 시간 동안 무료로 묵을 수 있다는 제안을 받았습니다. 다른 방, 스탠다드룸에 머물 수 있는 옵션도 있었고, 무료 플레이트 아침 식사(런치 미트 + 소시지 3조각 + 계란 2개와 볶음밥)를 제공받았습니다. 체크인한 후로 겪었던 일련의 불편함 때문인 듯합니다. 정말 번거로운 경험이었지만 새해 전날을 망치고 싶지 않았습니다. 호텔 밖에서 축하하기로 하고 돌아와서 밤새 잤습니다.

The hotel was great, but I was shocked and sad a little since there 's 20 % corkage for the food: <, but still highly recommended the staffs are very approachable <3.

Stay here for 1 week. Friendly staff, fast check in service, celan room. Sadly I lost my stuff in the room, so the 2nd or 3rd day I reported it to the receptionist. The receptionist said he would call my room for an update until the day I checked out they give me no update. Every day I ask for update but they don't give me any answer. Until the last day I reported to check out and asked again about my lost item and they told me to wait because the item was being looked for at their storage. For me it doesn't make sense for 5 days you didn't follow up regarding this issue and tell me to wait again. Disappointed with reception and housekeeping services.

Their sink is not working properly. We stayed last time in different room same experience.

This accommodation is perfect because it's near the airport, moa and other famous places to visit in Manila. It also has facilities you can enjoy inside the hotel if you are planning to have a staycation and a restaurant to dine in.

Stayed at the hotel for 3D2N, management should put a designated smoking area, probably at the rooftop. Also, we asked for batteries of our TV remote, but there was no immediate action given by the front desk. Overall stay was good, but it could have been great if the above proposal will be imposed.

Great economy hotel for individuals or family. Just remember not to drink the tap water.

The entire stay is awesome. The staffs are friendly and the view from the room is excellent (we booked the room with view). It's cheap and worth the money. Highly recommended and will definitely rebook again in the future.

The room is clean and comfy and near the airport.

The hotel and the room is nice and perfect for staying near airport. Although my boyfriend is complaining for the food but overall it is a perfect stay for him.

All staff are nice and approachable

We had a great time staying here. Been here last November 2019 and I noticed that the rooms felt a little older now. Still, we had a good time here.
