전반적으로 깨끗하고, 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 1층에 tour 업체를 통해 잘 여행했습니다. 호텔방에서 코끼리가 풀을 먹는 것도 봤어요. ^^ 조식은 조금 비싼 편입니다. 에어컨 잘되고 매일 청소도 잘 해줍니다.

조용하고 편안하였습니다. 가격대비 괜찮았습니다.

The shuttle was handy and made everything close. Rooms while a bit dated were nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and pool area Every staff person we encountered was totally service oriented especially the fellow in the lobby with the headdress and horn, he always went out of his way to help, even weighed our bags in preparation for the airport .

The hotel was well above average, but the staff was extraordinary.

Our visit to Victoria Falls was beautiful as always. The location to the downtown attractions was perfect, we walked most of our trips. The staff at the Rainbow Hotel were all very friendly and welcoming and were there to help us with all of our questions and needs with a smile on their faces. The only thing I was not 100% pleased with was our shower. There was barely a trickle and no door on the shower, so water went everywhere when you showered and it took awhile with no pressure. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would most definitely return. Thank you Rainbow Hotel for a great week.

The Victoria Rainbow Falls Hotel was a great place to stay at. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was convenient. The grounds were kept immaculate. The staff were so friendly. It was close to everything.

Lovely staff, hotel has great vibe, beautiful sorroundings, nice room and restaurant. Close to everything. Overall just a very nice, comfortable hotel.

掃除の時間が不定期。タオルが足りないとか何か有ります。夜にチェックが入るんで申し出すると解消。アフリカ有る有るかな？と思いました。スタッフは感じが良く居心地は良かったです。 シャトルバスがビクトリアフォールズとの間に有り便利でしたが、昼間待ってたけど来ない日が有りました。聞いたけど良くわかりませんでした。時間が有る日だったので気にしなかった。
